Usually there is a hair dryer in each room, i didnt bring mine going on that assumption but there wasnt one. The bed had dirt stains on the blanket, looked like crumbs in the other bed. Other than that it was very clean and the staff was extremely nice

Don’t stay here. The rooms were outdated, and several outlets didn’t work. The workout room had a broken TV and machine leaving only a treadmill and a bike to work with. I was out there for business and originally booked a week. I had to cancel my stay after one night and the manager was no where to be seen. Expedia was unable to contact him until late the next day which only allowed a refund of 1 of the 4 nights.

We are sorry that we could not satisfy your experience. The outlets are child proof and mandated by the federal government. The TV works, the Input must be on HDMI 1.No name so nothing can be varified.as to the authenticity of the review.

great hotel
would totally stay here again. Very nice employees, clean, comfy. Only downside was equipment in gym was broken and pull out couch mattress was awful-so my son slept on the couch as a couch, not a pull out.

The room was clean. The public areas were not. There was a lot of junk behind the reception desk. The rugs and upholstery in the halls and lobby area were soiled. There were piles of dirty linens in the hallway at 7:30 at night and in the next morning.

Too expensive for what we got.
Good location for what we were doing. But Covid is over and no room makeup at $375 night. The bath towels are thin and old. Pretty nice room but dust on the windowsill and one of the tables. Would have been easier to look past some of the little things but at that cost, I expect better.

Very bad service
We checked in at 11 pm the night before my son's college graduation. We simply wanted a good night's sleep and shower before the 9:30 ceremony. When we woke up in the am to take showers, we realized the shower did not have a shower head. They advised that they would not be able to repair in time as we had to leave by 8 am and it was already 7 and three of us needed to shower. Fifteen minutes later, they returned and offered us a room on the floor above to shower. My husband went upstairs and the room they expected us to shower in had not been cleaned and there were no towels. He had to come downstairs to get towels and then back upstairs to get washed up as best he could. The rest of us were unable to shower as we had to leave or we would have been late to the Graduation. The management just kept repeating that they brought us an extra blanket the night before. I explained that that was not what we were complaining about. We paid for a service and did not receive that service. I called hotels.com and they reached out to the hotel to no avail. The hotel refused to do anything for us.

The check inn was done at 10:24 PM and not at 11 PM. The gentlemen cursed with F words and others, threatened to return to property and take care of the front desk agent (implied physical threat). Once the shower head complaint was received a key was give for an empty room and the second room shower was used. The first room tub was also used and we have pictures to prove it. The guest did not deserve compensation and none was given. The female apologized for the language use by the mail on Saturday night (the night of the check out).
