This is the first hotel where i had to pay for parking on their own property. The room looks nothing like what is shown on the pictures they need to renovate.

Incompetent staff

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

Poderia ser bem melhor

Logo no checkin tive alteração de planos para prorrogar a estadia. Porém não foi possível manter o quarto. De qualquer forma,durante a noite o ar condicionado esborrifou água no rosto e próximo a cama - a noite toda. Antes de sair para jantar notei umas gotas no piso, avisei o frontdesk e mandei foto do vazamento. Achei que tivessem arrumado. Enfim, acordei com uma gripe/ resfriado. (Decepção). O hotel é bom, limpo, porém O quarto “luxo” que fiquei além do problema do ar, estava um pouco cansado, com buracos e vazamento no gesso - quarto e banho. A cerveja do bar estava quente. Tirando isso um hotel razoável.
