We absolutely loved this property. You can’t beat the location. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Only downside was that we didn’t know ahead of time that you couldn’t park at the hotel but we gave them a call and someone directed us to the parking lot and gave us a ride to the hotel. It did not take much time at all. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property, the decor is modern and it felt new. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. I found the staff to be genuinely lovely, they take time to say hello and check in with you as you enter or leave the hotel. The breakfast menu has good variety and it eating it out on the terrace with the gorgeous view just gave me the holiday vibe! The only downside for me is that for the price I paid, I would expect an onsite gym and an iron in my room. I appreciated the fact we could use the sister hotel facilities, however, walking 25 minutes in 30 degree heat to use a gym wasn't ideal. Otherwise, the hotel itself and the staff are fantastic. I'd recommend this as the number one choice if you are wanting to stay in old town with a choice of waterfront dining options on your doorstep.

Amazing property!! The room was so spacious and modern! Perfect breakfast, served a la carte in the morning overlooking the channel. Perfect location, at the mouth of old town minus the steps. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel!!! I do wish they had upgraded us to a room with balcony since it said so in Expedia (granted based on availability) !

Our favorite hotel! We were traveling for two weeks in Croatia and Slovenia. This hotel was wonderful in every way. Nice rooms, great location, yummy breakfast (included in our rate), and the best staff. Just get directions to parking before you set off in your car, they took care of us when we couldn't figure it out! Lots of laughs with staff. Nice dinner suggestions. Only stayed two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer at the Adriatic and in Rovinj.

Adriatic Hotel by Maistra, was a pleasant surprise. The minute we entered the hotel we felt welcomed. The receptionist was polite, positive and informed us about every little detail we asked. The bellman was friendly and helpful. He set up the room temperature to our comfort, opened the shutters for us to enjoy the gorgeous view and arranged our luggage in our car the next day, the same way it was arranged when we arrived! Our room was spotless and spacious! We had a welcoming desert waiting in our room! The lobby bar and the restaurant were pleasant, service was great, food was tasty and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel wonderful. We received gifts at check out, as well! Can’t wait to come back in the summer when everything in town will be open and we can enjoy it even more! The hotel parking is not close by, but they have a gold cart that they use to bring guests to the hotel and back to the parking. Everything about this property is amazing!

Concierge Tony was wonderful. Bear in mind there is no parking at the hotel. You must park outside the restricted area and speak to the parking attendant who will give you a card to get into the restricted area to unload luggage. The valet (Christian is great) will take the car to hotel parking. Best hotel in Rovinj.

We were so impressed by this hotel and the amazing service and hospitality of the staff. Our room was modern and nice. Since it was our. Honeymoon, they had a bottle of champagne and sweets prepared with handwritten notes. When we got lost driving to the hotel, someone came and found us. On top of that, great walkable location right on the water with food people watching from their bar and restaurant. The highlight my have been that you are able to use their sister hotel, the Grand Park Rovinj’s, pool and amenities which are breathtaking. Highly recommend!!!

We loved the central location of the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff. The fact that we could use the facilities of the Grand Park and the sister hotels on the islands was also a real bonus. The total lack of a view from our room was, however, a complete shock and huge disappointment. Even though, we knew that the rooms with harbour and Square views were fully booked we really didn’t expect to be looking out at just a wall literally a few metres away from our window for 6 nights! We were at least expecting roof top views. We also struggled to sleep despite discarding our duvet as the minimum room temperature setting was only 21 degrees. Warmer than day time temperatures in the UK currently! We enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel even though we felt like second class citizens as the breakfast menu for outside guests included items not available to hotel guests including freshly squeezed orange juice and beautifully presented platters. Eating breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the harbour was lovely but very strange to be sat next to tables enjoying much better presented and better quality provisions.

We stayed here in mid May, which is guess is considered pre- season so the hotel was more affordable than it would have been in the summer. It was very nice. Staff were gracious. Perfectly located, though if you come with a car you have to call them before you get into the city for them to escort you to the lot. Would stay here again!

Highly recommend this hotel!
Absolutely love this hotel. It is located in the center of old town. I got upgraded to a beautiful suite with a balcony overlooking the harbor. Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious, staff is very attentive and warm. I woke up with a breathtaking view and went to bed with local saxophone musician playing melancholy tunes by the water (he packs up at 10pm everyday.). Absolutely memorable experience.

This is an exceptional hotel with a wonderful attentive staff. Toni at the reception desk was so helpful with everything! Between him and Andreas, we felt like we were part of the family, even if our stay was to brief. You get free passes to the other islands as well as full use of their sister facilities there. I would go back in a minute!
