Great location , very convenient for walking around the old city. Parking outside of town with no signs or directions was bad!! Transportation was quick and efficient to parking area tho.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle from the car park took 5 mins. Bedroom on the small side but very clean. Breakfast had a mix of hot and cold, not a massive choice but one of the best we had on our Croatian tour. Great location.

Live the Palace Life
The BO Hotel is a jewel. The location is beautiful and magical. The facilities are first-rate. The rooms are very comfortable. The outdoor veranda is gorgeous. The breakfast is outstanding. Great value. High quality. Wonderful stay.

Great view
We had a corner toom with breath taking views. The hotel is very well located close to the harbor and the bus station. Everything is walking distance. There is a pool, some great restaurants and a nice promenade along the docks.

The place is nice and staff are excellent. That said, our sleep was poor. The roll away bed for my teenager was terrible, she only slept a few hours.

Everything was amazing, from front desk staff to Nikolas in the bar. Our room had views all round of the sea - spectacular - would definitely recommend a sea view. Close enough to town to keep away the noise, but near enough to walk everywhere. Breakfast was a lavish affair with everyone catered for from veggies, vegans and meat eaters. Fresh fruit, fresh honey, yoghurt, cooked breakfast, cakes, croissants - you couldnt be amazed. Porec is a lovely little town with plenty to do, not as crowded as other coastal destinations.

Good location
We had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. After we checked in, we discovered that our bathroom did not have cold water, just for about 20 seconds was cool water available in the shower and the sink. It was evening and the front desk person offered another room access so we could shower more comfortably. The service personnel at the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly and proficient. They quickly performed their duties with a pleasant smile. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with selections of fresh fruits, juices, eggs, fresh inlets, cold cuts, yogurts, breads, and more. We arrived with a small tour bus and the hotel staff came to transport our luggage from the bus station to the hotel at no additional charge. The seaside patio was inviting and the views from our rooms were spectacular.

Best position in Porec.
Hotel Palazzo has the prime position in Porec. It is a charming building and very beautiful. The pool is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Marvellous position for wandering the old town where there are many great restaurants and you can swim in the sea.

Mattress needs to be updated. There was some sort of vibration going on throughout the night that prevented any sleep from happening. It was stressful and I cannot recommend the property.

Good location
Getting to outside hotel was a bit of a palava due to new barrier system at the harbour but hotel itself was very nice. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant staff the same. Room was clean, location was great right at the seafront and in walking for bars & shops.

Great location. Have breakfast on the patio. The hotel is non-smoking but the casino is not. Room was smoke free but lobby and corridors are not always.

Nice property with nice customer service. Only downside, which I guess is a general comment, is how expensive Croatia has suddenly become.....we estimated 1.5x the price of Italy, which makes Croatia a very poor value destination right now.

Set in quaint Croatian coastal town
Porec is a gateway to Venice so few people spend more than night here outside of the summervseason but it's well worth the stop. Small, medeval community with pictureque town center where the Grand Palazzo is located. Hotel itself is lovely and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is anxious to please and provided us with box lunches when,our ferry left before breakfast. Would have spent a second night or two here with no problem.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is the city's center piece. It is pure enjoyment. The hotel is impecable, the staff could not be nicer , the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is extraordinary. Can't wait to return.

Excellent Hotel in a great location
Hotel is in a great location at the tip of the peninsula in Porec. The staff are friendly and helpful and the whole place has a feeling of quality. The pool is a little small but a nice place for a quick dip at the end of a hot day.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location!
What an absolutely lovely holiday in beautiful Porec. The views really were idyllic and the hotel very grand but welcoming and with very friendly helpful staff. The location was perfect within less than a minutes' stroll from the marina, local waterfront restaurants, bars and Porec Old Town's cobbled streets. Had the best time and would love to return. If/ when we do we would certainly use this hotel and would highly recommend the hotel itself and the location. The Head Waitor was particularly helpful in advising me which items on the menu could be adapted to suit my strict gluten free diet. The food was delicious and so well presented.

Overall this is a good hotel, not great, but good. Pool and spa facilities very small and odd, service is uneven, but the location is excellent and the overall setting of the hotel is very nice. So, a bit of a mixed bag but it depends on what you are looking for.

Perfect stay and good value for money
Perfect stay and good value for money. I am staying at this hotel each year at the same time and the service is each time superb, despite the staff changing. Some minor issues are getting woorse, like light switches being damaged, spa area having less amenities, however overall still superb.
