Nice old traditional apartment top level penthouse
Great views
Old traditional furnishings
Kitchen to make meals for families
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
2 toilets
And small elevator for bags and people
Good location and away from the tourist crowd. Near to St Marks Square. We went winter time so there were less people. A little scary to walk at night after dinner if you’re not with a group.
Fantastic location. Great to have a kitchen. A few kitchen details should be attended to: hood light over stove, a dish towel, the dishwasher didn't seem to stop but that's all minor stuff when you're in the center of the most beautiful city in the world!
This little hotel is updated and clean. The staff is wonderful and the room was huge! Breakfast was adequate and plentiful.
The hotel is off the main square so it’s much quieter but still a short walk to restaurants.
Beautiful location, friendly service ready with recommendations to the best spots, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.
we loved everything about our stay in Venezia.... the hotel has a great location, it's really beautiful. we walked everywhere and the area felt very safe and clean.
Beautifully done apartments in the heart of the city…spacious, comfortable, welcoming team and provided great service with delayed luggage issue etc! Wonderful!
The staff at this hotel are amazing! The hotel is great, and the location is perfect, but it is the staff that made this trip memorable! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, Breakfast is a luxury here too!
Great small hotel in an area that’s convenient to all the sights but also far enough from the maddening crowds. Gorgeous little bar and terrace to relax on. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options. Friendly employees. Comfortable room. No complaints!
This hotel was excellent! Very clean, comfortable, luxurious and very classy! The staff was very pleasant and helpful! They were very gracious and always with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of stations with an assortment of dishes hot and cold. I highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed on the two bedroom apt and it was well appointed and comfortable. It worked well for my family of 4. Convenient location. Only drawback is I wish it had two bathrooms.
We booked 3 bedrooms suite. However the hotel said the reservation is for 2 people (I am sure we booked for 4) and we have family of 4, they made us to pay $89 more for so-called extra person. In addition my daughter is under 18 which no needs to pay tax, they still charged her anyway. Wish they be more honest next time. The hotel location is good and the accommodation is very spacious but maybe in low season not many people stayed there is a strange odor. It is on 4th floor but elevator can barely fit 2 people. People with difficulty to climb Stairs should be careful

Good morning from Palazzo Paruta,We are sorry to read this review, especially considering the many untrue information.Your booking was made for 2 guests only, evidence of this was shown to you both at Check-In, and is also available on our Expedia extranet. The price is clearly calculated on the basis of the number of guests in our accommodation. We can understand the mistake, but honestly, it seems absurd to blame our hotel for the supplement requested. To be fair, the vast majority of buildings in Venice don't have an elevator.Being historic buildings it is not possible to build them. However small, we consider it a convenience and certainly not a negative point. Finally, according to Italian laws, the exemption from the tourist tax is expected between 0 and 9 years of age.We also find this criticism absurd, given that we are simply respecting national laws and our city.We thank you for being our guest but we absolutely disagree with this review and it seems defamatory given the numerous false and incorrect information
Overall it was a good experience. Friendly staff, good breakfast and the property is beautiful. Two things can certainly be improved: change your outdated hair driers and offer your residents soft pillows as an additionL option to the firm pillows you already have
Loved this property. We arrived a little earlier than we planned to and were welcomed with complimentary drinks and croissants. We stayed in Apt #601 and we were very pleased with our room, which was clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly. Note that if you are staying in an apartment, you are not included in the complimentary breakfast at the main building. Not a deal breaker as there were many yummy cafes around. Would definitely stay again.
This quickly became my favourite place to stay in Venice. Conveniently central, luxurious accommodation and friendly an obliging staff. All one could ask for...
The Palazzo Peruta is a very pretty hotel. The rooms were immaculate and service from hotel staff could not have been better. Strongly recommend. I stayed in one of the hotel’s apartments which was very large and had an outside deck. Apartment 602. Terrific. Note to hotel: please provide a bottle of Prosecco instead of asti Spumante Canei, which is not a dry sparkling wine.
My family rented 604 very large for a studio room, we also rented 601 a very large 2 bed room with a separate living room. would highly recommend both units.
The property was perfect for a family of six and the staff was great!
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for safe, welcoming, and easily walkable location in Venice.
A little hard to find at first but a excellent hotel.

Very very beautiful room and hotel. But the furniture is very old. The reception couch feels like it’s going to fall apart and some of the furniture in my room was very old. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock and the toilet was broken for the night. However the decor and view was gorgeous. The location is great - we were in walking distance of most attractions
