Zweckmäßiges Hotel in erstklassiger Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist 1a!
Cons: Frühstück und die Frühstückszeiten
Location: Blaue Mosche, Hagia Sophia, großer Basar, Zisterne, diverse Museen, Topkapi-Palast, unendlich viele schöne Restaurants und Geschäfte, das Meer...
Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist ausreichend für bescheidene Ansprüche. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unsere Vorstellung ok. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu den wirklich wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Istanbul. Aber auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren flott zu Fuß zu erreichen, um ferner liegende Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu besichtigen. Ein angenehmer Flair vor der Haustüre. Eine schöne Hoteldachterasse mit Bick auf den Bosporus. Das Frühstück war türkisch, nicht international, leider nur bis 10.00h. Kaffeegenießer sollten sich woanders nach einem aromatischen Tässchen umsehen. Trotz der kleines Mäkeleien war es eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel, freundliches Personal inbegriffen.

hej overvejer faktisk ikke at bruge expeia i fremtiden da de ikke har styr på hotellets stand og hvad der bliver solgt af pakke rejser. nr.1 vi fik ikke det værelse jeg har bestilt og betalt for(vand skade sagde de), i stedet fik vi 2 værelser der ikke lever op til de 3,5 stjerne som I siger at hotellet har, engang 2 stjerner fortjener de. har taget billeder af defekte toiletter og skabe. nr.2 fik at vide at de går ikke inde i værelset hvis vi ikke giver tilladelse til det, og hvad fandt vi ude af så, de har altid brugt værelserne som gennem gang til "baghavet" som de kalder den for at hente rengørings materialer (spande, mopper osv.) har taget billeder. jeg føler mig snydt og har det slet ikke godt med det, har slet ikke noget med prisen, men at man lave en aftale og så får man ikke det man har betalt for, så er det ikke sjovt altså, har ikke ønsket at familien bliver splittet i to, heller ikke at nogen går igennem værelset, jeg siger ikke at vi har mistet noget men det er altså ubehageligt, én af dagene hvor vi kom lidt tideliget til hotellet fandt jeg håndværker i "baghavet" dvs. ikke kun hotellets personale men også andre har været i værelset. Har ønsket mig en ferie hvor hele familien er sammen HELE tiden.

Det finns ingen hiss. De hade inga bra sängar efter som de var väldigt gamla. De hade också en bäddsoffa som inte var bekväm.

We booked a room for 2 people, When we arrived, was told to add 25 Euro because of 2 people. My reservation says for 2 people. They insisted it is a single bed room. Refused to get a roller bed or make one bed into 2 beds. My friend and I had to sleep on the same bed on the first night. We had to pay 125 Euro more for 5 nights. It is very unfair and disturbing. Plus, there is no lobby, staff talked loudly at night. I don't recommend this hotel.

I booked a deluxe double room. It was smaller than pictured and far less luxurious. The amenities listed were not all provided. There are no in room safes. There was no functional roof top terrace, it was a mess and unusable. The heating/cooling was difficult to control. The view from the balcony was awful. The mattress was the worst. It was uncomfortable and I asked to changed rooms but was denied. Had I not paid in full, I would have gone to another hotel. To top it off, I arranged with the hotel to be picked up at the airport upon arrival. However, no one came to get me and I had to arrange my own transportation. I spoke to the staff about this and it was blown off. Most of the staff were nice, but some were completely unhelpful. The best part was the restaurant downstairs. The staff were great there and welcoming and most of the food delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect. This hotel is rated as 4 stars. It should be more of a 2 1/2-3 star.

They stole my RayBan sunglasses

The last day I left the room and I am 100% sure that I left my sunglasses and my headphone one the bed those who cleaned the room after took it and when I call back. Everybody tells me we are going to ask and get back to you at send them by mail but nothing happened. Not honest.
