The staff were very helpful and amazingly kind. The room and bed-sheets were clean. we had to buy slippers for toilet. The suite had easy access to Taksim square, metro and bus stations. Easy access to shops, cafés and markets. The suite was in a downhill slope, so expect a a bit of a sporty climb. It doesn't have any elevators but we weren't that much bothered by it.
