Toilet not seperated from the bathroom, Aircon difficult to control - room cleanliness excellent and room cleaners very good and helpful. Reception ok - customer service lady in dwells the when problem with reservation. Location too far from anything really to walk comfortably to tram stop... One taxi driver charged us too much to the airport and reception said it was ok? We didn't like that - the let down is the very expensive breakfast, the lobby bar is not great and expensive, service was slow - no upper floor at with Terrance ?? Why not? Gym small for The hotel and poorly designed...staff overall great and when east wing re opens hope for big improvement on the public areas.

It gives us a great pleasure to inform that we are at the final stage of completing the renovation of our East Wing rooms and public areas. Planned to open in end of February. With this, all our room bathrooms will be designed with separate toilet.
Our new Spa & Fitness facilities already completed - 4000mtsq dedicated to the wellbeing & relaxation of our guests and should your travels bring you back during the summer, will highly recommend you to visit our roof top - Gaja Roof Restaurant & Bar only open in the summer months.
