We had a really bad experience at the check in, I wair for an hour for my luggages and finally I myself went to lobby to get my luggages. The next bad experience was when we called for make up room. They only changed the towels and did not clean the bathroom.

Home away from home with amazing exoerience
It was an amazing wxoerience throughout my stay for a week. An excellent view overlooking the sea, comfort in superb furnishled room with amenities, beautiful SPA with all facilities you can imagine, breakfast was faboulous, food in the Bar as well as Marama Batik restaurant are rated as five star. The location is perfect for our business connection as well as a pleasure to walk by the beach. This is one of the best horel we have ever stayed.

This hotel has a great location, lovely staff, good facilties. BUT there is thumping loud music downstairs every night until 1-2am which made sleeping impossible, even on 23rd floor. Sorry, but I expect to be able to sleep in my hotel room, which means quiet after 10pm...

NOT a 5 star hotel. Sheets were not changed every day and I had to call housekeeping every day to provide coffee mugs they had taken away. The restaurant was awful, rude staff and average food. We were left waiting for a drink for 20 minutes and ended up leaving before the end of our meal. Reported to management who just apologised.

Bathroom had ants coming from somewhere. I wasn’t given another room replacement, so had live with them. House keeping needs improving. I’m a frequent traveler to Istanbul as I have family and friends residing here. I was recommended but the recommendation didn’t live upto it’s expectation. Best 3 days I had in a while.
Location away from the whole touristy busy areas. But big plus that right next to the hotel is taxi place and they will take you anywhere for great price. I used them at least 10 times in 3 days I spent there, with zero issues. Room, I had was very spacious with a sea view. I liked it, and the person that stayed with me most definitely liked the view. We ate in one of the restaurants and service and food was great. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and everything that hotel had to offer.

From the first arriving time to the room it was a problem with the hot water system ,I call them to fix it or change the room, nobody take care and after several time complaints thanks to ugur from the front desk for his help and change the room it was a very disappointed time for me from a very good hotel like that I used to be there for a several times
