The staff and hostesses are very responsive and wonderful, especially Osman, the rooms are clean and tidy, a good and varied breakfast is served, there is a study space and good facilities, the hotel is very good for the price, only in cold weather, the rooms without air conditioner because It is not recommended to leave the radiators off for a long time, and in some rooms on the lower floors, sometimes you can smell a bad smell in the bathroom and toilet.

Great find, well priced.
Fantastic common area, with large balconies, reading area, washing machines. The price is practical and customer service of front desk is above average for Turkey. Compact rooms, a bit dated, and walls need good scrubbing. Located in the old airport district

They were fast to respond to messages. We had a very late flight in and arrived around midnight to be welcomed and checked in no problem. They location is about 10 minutes from the airport. This facility also has a fitness area and laundry plus many rooms to lounge in. Breakfast included was good. I wish the pillows were a little less clumpy but other than that, overall good experience.

Nice place
I needed hotel overnight between my flights and found this place . Very very nice hotel, clean and stylish , with amazing gemstone reception desk . Rooms are small but serve the purpose, have everything you need , even desk so I could work. Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, closed at 8pm. Location is great fir travelers - Atatürk airport just 7-8 min away. I would recommend

A very affordable option if you need to stay in Istanbul for a few hours or maybe a day, as it's very close to Ataturk international airport. The staff is very helpful and polite, the deco at reception is nice and there is a big shopping centre with cinema nearby (walking distance). My room was a little noisy, and I had no outside view (windows were too small and too high up on the wall). Apart from that, I recommend them.

Such good service! Very kind people at the desk, got me some chilled bottles of water at check-in and check-out and arranged for the kitchen to make me some sandwiches to take with me to the airport since I had to leave before breakfast. Room was small and simple but sufficient and a great price.

Very beautiful place
I was there only one night, and saw almost no one else there. This place should be full, because of the care they have put into the building and its thoughtful design and decor. Also, I arrived as the kitchen was closing, but they accommodated me and prepared me dinner. Very hospitable!

It was good I stayed there for one night in a private room, the staff were kind but not too strong on English, which IS NOT A PROBLEM, so you need some patience Didn't use the facilities and missed out breakfast (my fault) What's annoying is that it's far from the city, but worry not for the staff will help you and give you tips on transport Would come again

It was close to airport. Room was quiet but when I got in the room toilet was not flushed and was full of stuff:(( Pillows were huge ,there was no drinking water at all. you need to take stairs in order to get to elevator. That was weird!!.

beware the fine print
Only problem was with confusion over on-line price and actual delivery of what was promised for that price. The ad seemed deceptive; it needs to state clearly what the price includes, not "Oh, that was the economy room price; what you want is 10 Euros more" when one is standing at the reception desk at 10 pm.

A great experience!
Excellent place to stay if you w ant to be close to the airport. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The person in reception spoke excellent english which was a great help to us. I'd stay here again!
