The staffs are fantastic and helpful. I have used this hotel in the past but they have gone from good to worse. The hotel facilities and condition is poor and nothing to look forward to.

Avcilar Hotel Stay
This was a last minute decision and I needed a stay, this is out of my home country and wasn't familiar with the area so decided to book here for one night before continuing my trip to another town...You get what you pay for, I guess so in that case, it was good, but the hotel overall was on the lower end of where anybody would want to stay, the staff was polite and helpful however.

Good for its price
The staff were friendly, very helpful, and spoke in English. The hotel offered free tea and coffee in the reception 24/7. Price was decent. The elevator was surprisingly too small that it fits only one person and a bag. The room needs renovation, especially the roof and bathroom. I found dead insects in the bathroom and it sometimes smelled.

The hotel is located walking distance from a mall, and is surrounded by bazzars (also walking distance). I wish they would provide a microwave in the rooms though.

First of all, the receptionist wanted a different amount than the one I paid for. He didn't care even when I showed him the receipt. I was surprised by the inaccurate description of the room, as soon as I get there I realized that it was a mistake. The rooms next door were so loud, I quickly realized that this is not a hotel but rather a place that is used for different purposes.....I felt disgusted and didn't want to touch the sheets. After 15 minutes I packed my stuff and went back to the receptionist and told him that I was not what I signed for and wanted to leave, he told me that I am free to go and that there is nothing that I can do and refused to give me my money back. You have been warned.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. This hotel does need lots of updates, the bathroom was molded, and the room was smelly, the toilet was wiggle.

Everything in the hotel is horribly, rooms are dirty , they dont change the bed sheets and they dont even provide clean towels , everytime we have to beg them for cleaning the room or clean tows. The staff is not good as they are very rude when you ask questions. I wish i haven't stayed that hotel and i will definitely not recommend

Very bad experience

Not friendly staff
The room has not been cleaned for the 3 days of my stay. The breakfast restaurant is very small with very poor breakfast. The location of the hotel is quite alright.

Area looks terrible so does hotel from outside, I came in at 2am and was asked to wait for my room for 2 hours as it was flooded with around 40cm of water, I have asked refund straight away but because of receptionist poor understanding of English language it was a struggle. Took my money back and got to a proper hotel straight away..regardless the cost

Very close to the main road, good for the price.
Major rooms are in the basement though that doesn't matter much with Air Condition but still its a little weird feeling. Otherwise the hotel is good for a one night stay.
