Bad experience
Rooms were not ready for three, although it is asked from the beginning. One room is even not available for the additional bed. Changed after checked in. Just one towel in both rooms again for three. Front desk informed that there isn’t any additional in hotel either. 🙂.

Beware of extra charges.
Whilst the hotel itself was lovely, I was (for reasons unknown to me) charged an extra €15 per night for my second guest (my son), who was already detailed on the booking. When I queried this with hotels.com, they were told by the hotel this was minibar/restaurant. It absolutely wasn’t. They were separate. We were just charged an extra €30 (2 nights) for unknown reasons. Beware.

Good price but service and facilities below averag
The hotel is marketed for an international clientele but it had no international tv channels available, some of the staff did not speak English or very poorly. Service was not consistent. The swimming pool and gym facilities did not look very clean, nor recent. Breakfast and room service were rather average. The room was not in a general great condition, things were quite old.

We booked a room in this hotel from hotels.com We were told to hand 50 euros deposit money on check in, or 50 Dollars , but I told them that I don’t have this amount and currency now, so they asked for 300TL instead. ( they didn’t mention this in their website that they ask for deposit money). The staff was really groggy and upset all the time.. I think they gave us a small bed room because we didn’t pay them euros or US Dollars. The room we booked on hotels.com was a 377 sq feet, but we were given so small room instead which was almost dark with no adequate lights and the shower head was broken. I spoke to receptionist, she said that the information hotels.com that gives to customers is wrong. She offered a bigger room for higher premium to replace the one we had. The room is small, it is no value for money. It was an unpleasant experience.

Nicely designed and decorated. Staff is helpful but the room was lacking hygiene. We found left over mask and an open shampoo bottle. Also smelled like the AC filter wasn’t replaced(?) Overall the staff was nice, location was good and the price was OK!

I didn't like the hotel location on the main street so you can't cross to other side also my room view was looking to cars on the road and that's not a good view . It's ok hotel but not worth 530 lira for a night . ?!

Clean and clearly hotel with Wellcoming team aswell guides guests. It was best experience of ever, cause all staff are nice, kind, friendly, helpful, profesional and efficiënt.. everything was perfect 👌 The rooms are very modern. Even the room inspection ☝️ You will never be boring in this district. Loveable breath of fresh air in avantgarde levent hotel ! was ideally located in the best business district of Istanbul, close to the shopping malls, popular restaurants and next to the citycentre. Puplic transport network in Istanbul is upgraded and this district is a heart of Easiest way to get around Istanbul. I’m grateful for Kivanc, Abdullah, Dilara, Gulgen, Sercan and from the room aswell cleanservice Kenan, Canan etc. Highly recommend hotel. Thank you all ☺️ I’ll be back

Top notch hotel at reasonable price
The hotel is located close to a couple of shopping Malls and is easy to travel to using public transportation. Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent spa!

Uyumayi planliyorsaniz baska yere bakin. 3-4 serit gidis, 3-4 serit gelis gayet yogun bir cadde uzerinde olan bu otelin hemen hemen butun odalarindan yoldan gecen araclari duyabiliyorsunuz. Ben silikon kulak tikaciyla uyumama ragmen, her 1-2 dakikada bir gecen arada egsozu patlak ya da modifiye araclarin cikardigi gurultu ile ziplamaktan butun gece uyuyamadim. Bunun disinda, odalarin cogunda yogun sigara kokusu mevcut. Personel sagolsun sigara kokmayan oda bulmamiza yardimci oldu, fakat kokmayan odada bile gece 3 gibi havalandirmadan bir anda sigara kokusu gelmeye basladi. (Gurultuden uyuyamadigim icin kokuyu direk farkettim) Ayrica, odaya vardigimizda havalandirma kapali oldugundan dolayi oda asiri sicakti (disarisinin 30 derece oldugu bir gunde). Hadi buna eyvallah, fakat havalandirmayi en yuksek hizda sogutma modunda acmamiza ragmen 1 saat sonunda oda sadece 1-2 derece sogumustu. Yani odanin rahat bir sicakliga varmasi saatler surdu. En son olarak yataklarin cok rahat oldugunu da soyleyemem. Sonuc olarak, otelin konumundan dolayi olan gurultunun fiyata yansitilmasi gerektigini dusunuyorum. Evet, otelin konumunu degistiremezsiniz, fakat ayni standarttaki sessiz-sakin oteller ile de ayni ucreti isteyemezsiniz.

Gece uyumayi planliyorsaniz burdan uzak durun. Yanindaki 3-4 serit gidis 3-4 serit gelis yoldan gelen gurultu korkunc. Silikon kulak tikacim olmasina ragmen her 1-2 dakikada bir gecen egsozu patlak arabalar ya da motorsikletlerin gurultusuyle ziplayarak uyandim. Berbat/uykusuz bir gece gecirdim. Ertesi gun yola bakmayan bir oda istedim, sagolsunlar yardimci olup odamizi degistirdiler, fakat bu oda da direk yola bakmasa da yandan yine yolu goruyordu ve hemen hemen ayni derecede gurultuluydu. Otelde sessiz bir oda oldugunu zannetmiyorum. Bunun disinda bir diger problem de sigara kokusuydu. Birkac tane sigara kokan odadan sonra en son sigara kokmayan bir oda bulduk. Fakat bunda da gecenin bir yarisi durup dururken havalandirmadan agir bir sigara kokusu gelmeye basladi. (gurultuden dolayi uyanik oldugum icin farkettim) Bir diger problem ise, girdigimizde odanin havalandirmasi tamamen kapaliydi (disarisinin 30 derece oldugu bir gunde) ve havalandirmayi en yuksek seviyede acmamiza ragmen yaklasik bir saat sonra hala 1-2 derece anca serinlemisti. Kisaca sigara kokusuna bir cozum bulunmasi, arti yol gurultusunun fiyata yansitilmasi lazim. Bu fiyata cok daha duzgun oteller var.

The room was overly used and dirty, little lighting. Not all the staff speaks English. Breakfast in room was bad. Not all the sockets in the room works
