### Villa 'Casa Giò' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villa Casa Giò with step-free interior is located in Santa Maria del Focallo and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This villa features a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
The pool is open from April to mid-November.  
  
The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.  
  
2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
