The villa "Asia Frontemare" in Santa Maria del Focallo is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.  
  
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.  
  
The nearest towns to the villa are Pozzallo and Ispica (about 10 minutes by car). The centre is served by bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets etc., it is located about 2km from the property. On the coast, you can also rent equipment for kite surfing and various summer activities and there is also a boat rental (services upon request).

#### One of the best house ever rent. Very well equiped, super clean.

#### Perfect!

Pros: The house was top, everything we needed was there, the equipment inside and outside was very good and the location was phenomenal, only 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach - also the communication with the landlord worked well and was very friendly. We can really only make a recommendation here. We were very satisfied.
