One bedroom, one bath, two-level condo in Wild Dunes with views of the ocean and community pool! Fully equipped, renovated kitchen with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Dining for four. Living room offers new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV w/a DVD/VCR combo, an iPod docking station, and direct access to the screened porch. The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a king bed, flat screen TV, and shares a full bath with hall. Beautifully landscaped complex w/access to community pool and charcoal grills.

WiFi and Linens are included. No smoking and No pets.

This property was perfect for a weekend for me and a friend. I had a late check-in as I was flying in from California and it went super smoothly. The upstairs bed was comfy and the downstairs sofa was, too. It was evident that it was nearing the end of the season as there was some obvious wear and tear on the unit. Other than that, the property was great and I would definitely book again.

Nice Property Close to the Beach

Everything I needed for my stay at Wild Dunes. The rest of my family were in adjacent condos so this property made sense for just one person. Decent shape, relatively new appliances, nice screened-in back porch with a view of the pool, and a convenient set up with the bedroom/bath upstairs and living space on the ground level.

Enjoyed stay here. I have never been to Wild Dunes. The beach was peaceful and not over crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch at night listening to the waves.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short walk to the beach. The condo itself is a bit run down. Bedroom is on the second floor. The bed is not very comfortable. Small bathroom has been updated.

You Get What You Pay For

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very reasonably priced for Wild Dunes, but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for. This unit - especially the upper level needs to be updated. The bathroom is really run down and the bathtub looks dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and the blanket actually had holes in it - not acceptable.

Great, affordable option in Wild Dunes for small family

We were looking for something last minute for a family of 3. Due to the last minute nature for the weekend after labor day week, I knew our options would be limited. Luckily this unit was available. For a long weekend stay for just the 3 of us, the condo was perfect. It's not the fanciest place, but they've done a good job keeping up an old, old building. The AC must have been freshly tuned because the place was actually cold! The furnishings and carpet all appear to be fairly new or new. I must say the bathroom is in need of a little TLC....its obviously the last on the upgrade list for the owners. A new shower curtain liner is a must though! The kitchen was pretty well stocked, as was the beach stuff closet. Items to bring: coffee/coffee filters, tin foil, scissors, storage containers, spices Would I stay here again, Yes!
