You'll find it nestled within the gated resort community of Wild Dunes on the iconic Isle of Palms. After undergoing a complete floor-to-ceiling renovation in 2022, it now emanates coastal elegance throughout. Utilize the convenience of the elevator at the complex to make unloading to the fourth floor a breeze. You'll enter on the first level, where you'll find the living, kitchen, and dining spaces - along with stunning views of the Atlantic of course. The majority of the furniture, fixtures, and appliances were updated in the renovation with the convenience and comfort of our guests as the first priority. The living room features new, modern furniture, a modular sofa for extra sleeping capability, and a Smart TV for streaming all of your favorite shows and movies. A large dining table offers seating for eight, perfect for group dinners after a long day at the beach. The beds are very comfortable and it has lots of space. The main area floors are very cold since there are no carpets. The metal chairs in the eating area remain cold too and become uncomfortable to sit on, but plenty of eating room. There is limited sitting area in the TV space and the furniture is sparse and the cushions on the chairs need replacement. ##### Julie J. Would have appreciated a few more essentials: paper towels, trash bags, salt / pepper. Some of the dishes needed to be cleaned before use. A note regarding the dehumidifier should be in the description- it is very loud and ran a lot. With Helene coming through last night there was a lot of air coming in through window and door seals. Might be beneficial to have those checked - and potentially reduce the need for the dehumidifier! ##### Andy B. This was our 4th visit to Wild Dunes and we are so glad we chose this property. It was a PERFECT beach vacation for our family! The condo was so well maintained and it was SO CLEAN! The owners have done a beautiful job with the upgrades. It had everything we needed. We loved the open floor plan and the views, especially from the living room and primary suite, were STUNNING. We also enjoyed renting bikes to explore the resort and island and we always love the local restaurants. Highly recommend this unit for others wanting an luxury condo with the best views on the island! We can wait to come back and stay here next year! ##### Andrew E.
