Absolute oceanfront three story home with premium panoramic views second to none!. As you enter, the front door you immediately see the ocean and beach front views. The living area is very open with a combination living room/dining room and kitchen with a large granite top breakfast bar. The kitchen features a Viking stove and subzero refrigerator/freezer. The second floor includes one bedroom and full bathroom. On the third floor is the oceanfront primary bedroom suite with setting area. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor joined by a center bathroom between them. This shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination with single sink. The top floor (4th floor) includes a large game room and one bedroom with a full bath. Game room has a large flat screen TV, wet bar, pool table and opens up to another ocean front sundeck. It doesn't get any better than this! Top floor game room does have a queen blow up mattress in the closet. Please note cell phone service is limited in some areas of Wild Dunes. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean! Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here with 10 family members. If you require a home that is perfect in every way, this isn't it. But if you are fine with a huge home right on the beach with everything you need and at a great price, this IS IT! We had a couple of issues that Island Realty handled promptly. Everything in the master bath worked fine. The porch furniture is fine. The decor is dated, but you're in a lovely home on the beach. We would definitely rent this home again. If you have any problems, contact Island Realty immediately. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was miserable! The place was filthy and disgusting, we really didn't want to touch anything. The security system beeped several times every 2-3 minutes, from the time that we walked in until we left one week later, it was clearly heard throughout the house, giving us very little rest or sleep. The furnishings were outdated, possibly trying to look like antiques, but they weren't. The kitchen lights would not shut off. Only one of the televisions is a flat screen, all of the other ones are very old and wouldn't cost much to replace. All of our complaints were reported to the rental agency on the day after our arrival, a maintenance man was sent out, he was very nice, but he couldn't understand English very well. We have been renting beach homes for many years and this was by far our worst experience. The owners should be ashamed, as should your agency for representing this property.
