The unit we stayed in was well equipped, and very clean. The stretch of beach gets pretty narrow at high tide at Summer House. We had a blast and this condo had a lot to do with it. Very clean and nicely updated on the inside. Unusually comfortable master bedroom bed (my wife commented how comfortable the bed was almost every time she got in it). 30 yards from a nice and not super busy shared condo pool. 200 yards from the beach which you can see from the condo balcony. Host was super responsive. The only thing to consider is that you’re about 35-50 minutes from downtown and North Charleston depending on traffic so it’s not the best location if you’re wanting to pop in and out of Charleston frequently. Wasn’t an issue for us but just a heads up. Loved our stay and already talking about a return trip. ##### Sean A.
