BEAUTIFUL five bedroom elevated home with 6 full bathrooms on a quiet cul-de-sac in Wild Dunes, just steps from the beach! Beach access is just 150 feet, less than a minutes walk. This is a large home with amazing space. Perfect for family vacations and golf get aways! Beautifully decorated throughout, you can enjoy a partial ocean view from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies or simply walk 150 feet and soak up the ocean sunset from the beach itself. The main living area is on the second floor and features an expanded open living area with large dining room with a large dining table that seats 8 plus additional seating for 4 at the bar. On this same floor you will find a bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Moving up to the third floor, the property features a large primary bedroom with access to a covered porch and ensuite bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this same floor and they each boast a private/ensuite bathroom. Wash off the beach sand, in the garage where there are 2 outdoors. This home also provides a Gas Grill - Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during regular business hours. \*\*\*\*Please note that Summer House Condo's (an adjacent complex) will be doing exterior refacing from 1st of September 2024 to the end of May 2025 and, from 1st of September 2025 to the end of May 2026\. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean! ATTENTION GUESTS: Due the the impact of recent storms please note that during high tide, the beach area becomes quite narrow, which may limit space for walking. You might notice some sandbags at nearby properties protecting their dunes—thank you for helping us care for the coastline by avoiding walking on the dunes or sandbags. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reunion in Charleston went great, place had plenty of room and it was great that there were 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. However, we were disappointed. Front of rental looked dirty and run-down. minimal supplies in kitchen, flat pillows, one towel set per person (we had to wash them mid week), and cabinets refacing was pealing in all parts of the house. We went out to buy staples, then discovered that there was no skillet or griddle to make our meal. One twin bed didn't have a mattress pad under the sheet. Fridge was dirty, and missed by "inspector" whom we had to wait on. Because we were all long-time friends getting together from all parts of the US, we had a good time. Loved touring Charleston!
