Located one block from the beach the walk is 500 ft. to the Palm Blvd public access. Enjoy a great open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room and large flat-screen TV. Kitchen features granite countertops with a gas stove. Kitchen overlooks the combination living/dining room with a large dining room table. This is a raised house but all the bedrooms and living space are all on one level. Inside there are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Wake up and sip your coffee from the comfort of a covered porch out front. Later on you can enjoy a relaxing dinner cooked on the gas grill outside on the screened porch and open deck out back. Under the house there is plenty of parking and a hot and cold outside shower. \*\*\*\*\*\*LAYOUT\*\*\*\*\*\* (1644 Sq. Ft.) It was spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom had a t.v., which was nice. We had trouble with the Direct TV initially, but they sent someone over to look at it and it worked the rest of our stay. It does not sleep 10 as listed and only sleeps 8\. That means one member of our group had to sleep on the couch. Since the home opens with a code, it's strange that we had to stop by Island Realty rather than just going straight to the home. In other places we have stayed, basic condiments, in particular salt and pepper, were provided. Also normally laundry detergent is provided. These things were not provided. One major plus is that the master bath has a walk in shower with a bench. This was amazing for my 80-year-old mother. We would recommend this home and would stay there again. ##### Kristin B.
