Dunescape condos are located on Isle of Palms Front Beach, walking distance to IOP shops and restaurants, and next door to The Windjammer, a restaurant / bar that also serves as a live music venue with both indoor and outdoor performances. Dunescape condominium complex is gated for privacy and features covered parking, an elevator, a gas grill, and a swimming pool on the ocean. This beautifully appointed luxury condo unit has light wide plank wood flooring and a modern design aesthetic. The living room is very spacious and has panoramic ocean views and direct access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. It is furnished with a large couch and accent chairs which offers plenty of seating space while enjoying the beautiful beach views. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops with waterfall edge and it is ready for the gourmet cook, fully equipped with everything you need should you choose to eat in. The dining room comfortably seats 6 around the round table and provides additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Both the kitchen and the dining room offer ocean views while enjoying your family meals around the kitchen. The utility room adjacent to the kitchen features a full size washer and dryer. There is heavy duty patio furniture on the large oceanfront balcony which can be used for lounging or for oceanfront dining. The balcony itself is very large and overlooks both the pool and the ocean. From the balcony, there are stairs down to a walkway that leads to the pool and the beach. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with a full over a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Everything and I mean everything was comfortable and extremely clean and new! The convenience of the property being steps to the beach and to restaurants was the icing on the cake! Not to mention they had outdoor concerts next door that you could sit on your balcony to hear and even see it. It was fabulous to put it mildly.
