Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Lucky to find this home on such short notice

This home was a savior to my family and our family vacation. I booked a home in Isle of Palm in January for my nephew’s wedding in June through VRBO on Carolina Avenue with T’Lene Salters Brown of Historic Charleston Bed and Breakfast. My fully paid reservation was canceled less than 48 hours prior to our arrival due to the double booking of the unit by the host with no explanation. We found out later the home had been double booked,I was extremely lucky that I was able to book this hone at the last minute. The reason I was able to book this home at the last minute was because they had just finished totally renovating the home. The home was fresh, clean and nicely furnished.The home is conveniently located steps from the beach, restaurants and stores. The top deck was perfect for our family to congregate, watch sunsets and play games.The Advant Stay staff was extremely easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. They responded within minutes to any inquiries.When I book another vacation home, I will attempt to find a home managed by Advant Stay. In my opinion, they turned what could have been a disaster into an enjoyable week. In the long run we were happier with this house and location than we were with the other one. I would strongly recommend this home.

Lowvelo 2024 - Bike Ride to raise money for cancer reaearch

We had a great time at this property. Everything was very well maintained and was perfectly located for the event that we participated in. The only snafu that we had were the TVs that operate on Wi-Fi using YouTube TV and they kept pixelating throughout the evening, which made it kind of a challenge to watch a big football weekend something which should be addressed, but would be quite easy I would think Definitely plan to reach out and stay in this property again next I would highly recommend it

The check in/check out could not have been easier. The rooftop was beautiful- especially at sunset. I was a little disappointed with the state of the house. Pictures online definitely made it look newer and cleaner than it actually was. There was mold on the air vents and bathrooms. The refrigerator drawer was broken and refrigerator did not stay very cold. Floors were not very clean. Our weekend was very fun… location was great!

Excellent location so close to the beach access, restaurants, shops, live music, etc. Teens could roam about freely without much concern. Property was clean, inviting, tons of different useable spaces. The deck in the photos is exactly as pictured!! Grill was great, cornhole was fun!! Beach cart and chairs were in the garage, one side of the garage could fit 2 cars, but a narrow squeeze. Property management was very helpful answering questions and picked up a balloon arrangement from FAR away to help with birthday festivities. The only suggestion I would have is that the house could use some love, nails in walls where paintings were hung but no longer there, maybe organization of kitchen items, a few broken items (fridge shelf), condensation from the ac vents dripping on the kitchen floor, and a few furniture things. BUT nothing that would detract us from staying there again!! If you like being close to everything, I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home!!

My family and I spent a few days here after our trip in Charleston and had the best time! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and avant- stay was always responsive and able to answer all our questions. The location is perfect - 3 min walk to the beach (if that) and close to all kinds of restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Girl's Weekend Trip

This was a great house / layout for our girl's (Eight of us) weekend trip. The best location and we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants, bars, etc. I would highly recommend!! Top outside door does need some work and the elevator really needs to be operational since the kitchen is on the second floor and there are a lot of stairs. Otherwise a great place.

Seamless booking and arrival. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants and the beach. If the elevator had been working, the property would have exceeded all expectations. We are a group of cousins ranging from 59 to 81 and the many stairs were challenging for us, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Great for my birthday celebration

The location was great for our group, close to the beach and several fun dive bars we found entertaining. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone. The house was missing a blender and wine glasses, that the property manager offer to get for us right away. They were very responsive when needed. The whole contract part, needing all ages and dates people were staying was annoying to me, and wanting to charge me for several friend from the area to come have dinner or a drink in the house was also al little over the top. The dishwasher is on its last leg, and the fridge probably needs an update as well. Nothing seemed really cold, and the ice maker made lots of noise, but overall it was a great trip.

Great save

Had rented another house not with VRBO that was filthy, run down and black mold in the house. VRBO saved the day by having the only home large enough for our crowd available, and just for the days I needed it. I was so thankful to arrive and have a clean and more accurate description of where I was staying. It was a little more lived in than the pictures depict but overall MUCH closer to reality than our other rental with another company. Would definitely recommend.

Wedding/Family vacation

We all absolutely loved loved staying in this beautiful house!!! The convenience to places around here such as shops, restaurants and more important-the beach. Thankfully it was close to my son’s wedding venue. The spaciousness and so many more things were awesome. We hung out on the rooftop most of the nights which was amazing. We were extremely happy!!! It definitely was a vacation of a lifetime!!

Great place for a mix of ages

The house and location were amazing! We never made it to the nearby restaurants and bars, but we all enjoyed listening to live music on the rooftop while the kids played with the games provided up there. But the music wasn't so loud that we weren't able to get our kids to bed at a decent hour (as well as ourselves after a long day running around the beach :)). Great location & great house - it was an amazing vacation! TY!

Isle of Palms Birthday Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms. The house was in a prime location, next to all of the bars, restaurants, gas station and the beach. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff we worked with were very prompt in communicating with us and getting back to us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing House - Prime Location!

We had a wonderful beachside stay in Isle of Palms. It was our first time in the area and this house was perfectly located. Close to a grocery store, incredibly easy walk to the beach and beach bars for lunch. Easy ride into Charleston too! The property manager was relatively easy to get in touch with but there were a few miscommunications and times I couldn't get in touch with a direct manager but overall we were able to resolve those issues.

Great winter getaway

It’s a great property. I probably would not stay there with small children during the high season, because it is a little noisy at night (live music from windjammer). It was great for us for a quiet January weekend. Would recommend!!
