You’re just steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway and you’ll have amazing views all day long from your rooftop deck! Bring the whole family! There’s plenty of seating around the pool to use during the day or night as you hang out poolside and grill up some food on the home’s outdoor gas grill. If you’d rather cook inside there is an open kitchen and dining area, as well as a spacious living room equipped with a Smart TV (cable streaming available with YouTube TV, or log into your own applications). Additional amenities to make your stay more comfortable include a separate outdoor shower for rinsing off after a dip in the pool, a washer and dryer (located in shed separate from home), and enclosed changing room/toilet for quick access from the pool. The spacious master suite includes a Smart TV (cable streaming available with YouTube TV, or log into your own applications), easy access to the screened porch and rooftop deck, and a bonus queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. The master’s ensuite bathroom has a shower and a separate garden tub (no jets). The other bedrooms have large comfortable beds (1 Queen Bed,1 King Bed, and 2 Twin Beds) and easy access to the full bath and half bath on first floor.
