Professionally decorated, every detail has been considered for you and your family to have the best vacation on the Isle of Palms. The living room is perfectly appointed with comfortable furnishings, large television and a private deck which is surrounded by palm trees providing cool shade on the warmest of days. The well-equipped kitchen has been renovated with new stainless-steel appliances and hard surface countertops. One of the unique features of “Palms Away” is that each of the four bedrooms are spacious, with its own environmental controls, television, and private bath. The first level bedroom is perfect for the kids with three twin beds. Up one floor, there are two guest bedrooms. The first features a king bed and the other two full beds. Finally, the top floor is highlighted with the master bedroom. The large all new bath is a delight in the master bedroom, plus there is an open deck with peeks of the ocean. Great care has been taken in choosing the décor of each bedroom with an emphasis on comfort. The Grand Pavilion community is the center of Wild Dunes, a resort development on the northern end of the Isle of Palms. Sep 11, 2018 #### The Perfect Beach House We have stayed in the Grand Pavilion area at Wild Dunes many times through the years. 136 GP is one of our favorites. It has a little more privacy than a boardwalk home, but is very close to the beach and pool area. The decor is a cute, beachy theme throughout with a well stocked kitchen and a lovely little porch. The beds are comfortable with nice sized bathrooms. My family and I truly had a great time in this home and would definitely rent again. ##### Joy M. The rooms were spacious and we had lots of room! The only thing was there were a lot of stairs to climb. Should have thought about that when we rented the house. Other than that it was a great house! Jul 21, 2013 #### Great location and layout Our family rented this home for a week in July. The layout of the home was great. The kitchen table accommodated our group nicely and we loved playing games there in the evenings. We loved the porch and the close proximity to the beach. We had weddings on both Saturday and Sunday night and it was very loud from the reception.. Lots of steps with this property so beware of that with children. Beach gear rental was key and made the trip great. Bikes/Beach Chairs/Umbrella. Access to resort pools, bar, and pizza place was a bonus that we used a few times. The house was as advertised. Tons of places to sleep. Clean. As mentioned in other posts, Kitchen and Family/TV room is on the smaller side. So if you are with a big group that will be hanging out inside, it will be tight. New appliances in the well equipped kitchen. Everything would have been perfect except on the first couple of days the AC on the main floor wasn’t working properly. It worked but just couldn’t keep up later in the day. The property management folks got someone out ASAP and they fixed it. It was fine the remainder of the stay. It doesn’t have any views of ocean or pool, (next door wall) but the house itself was great. I’d stay here again. Well maintained, decent supplies of basic items, decorated nicely. The door to the porch on main floor sticks and is difficult to open and close. Don’t get locked out! Kitchen supplies were fine for daily use and we were able to find a vase. Love the coded entry. I’d put a rug inside the door as the floor gets slippery. Thank you! ##### David D. We couldn't be happier with our vacation this year! This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, and in an awesome location. The Grand Pavilion area of Wild Dunes is easy access to all of the resorts amenities and a very short walk to the beach. The porch is nice to sit & relax in the morning & evening. The lawn was a good area for games (we played corn hole & bocce) after a day at the beach. The house is equiped with everything you need for the week, was very clean & well prepared upon our arrival, has lots of space & the bedroom configurations, especially nice for travelling with 2 families with teenagers, was perfect. Beachside Vacation Realty was excellent to work with and customer service fantastic. Super easy online booking process, and ongoing communication was very helpful as we prepared for our trip. Location is convenient to drive into Charleston, local attractions & the Isle of Palms Marina of water sports & parasailing. Quick drive to Sullivan's Island for dinner a few nights.
