This kitchen is outfitted with a massive sub zero fridge, undercounter Kitchenaid ice maker, two dishwashers and gas range with electric telescoping downdraft hood. There is a Keurig K duo coffee maker that has the ability to use single k-cups or brew a whole pot for your large group. We want you to have a little Charleston souvenir immediately upon arrival, so we provide a full-sized bag of local organic coffee from Charleston Coffee Roasters. We also have a french press for coffee brewing purists. You will find plenty of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, dish soap, coffee, creamer, and sugar packets. Most other homes on Isle of Palms only provide starter packs of these consumables. The third floor lounge deck has a comfortable lounge area and outdoor dining area with high-top tables and chairs for eight. The young adults loved the crows nest to hang out at night, and the putting green was a fun diversion while we were grilling steaks. Beach access is next door with a straight shot out to the water (we rented umbrellas & chairs, which were conveniently set up right off the beach access boardwalk). Plus, Megan is an excellent hostess & made the entire process a breeze…we especially appreciated the welcome note with Pellegrinos and coffee. Such a gracious touch! We had a group of 20 and felt like we fit comfortably with plenty of space to talk and eat. There is plenty of outdoor space as well and the kids enjoyed the various games on property. Just wow! Our entire family had such an incredible time staying at this exceptional, beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how magnificent and well-amenitized this awesome space was for our visit. They literally thought of everything! Mini golf, heated covered pool, well-stocked kitchen, the list goes on and on. To top it off, our host ensured our trip went without a hitch, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Our 4 boys (ages 1 - 4) loved every minute of it, and the convenience of being next to the Wild Dunes Resort (without the resort fees!) really solidified this home as a true IOP “oasis”. The only downside was the sad reality that we had to leave, but we will most certainly be back! Thank you thank you thank you! ##### Sagar R. Megan’s house was wonderful for our group of old college friends. The house was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was extremely organized. We loved the pool, mini golf, and the record player was a fun touch! Megan was very responsive during our stay we are already planning to return next year. Thanks Megan! ##### Maleah S.
