Walking distance to the beach and the pool is right off the back porch. There is a ramp to bring your belongings to the front door(I brought a collapsible wagon)The things that I will say are that a new mattress is needed! You will be awake at dawnAnd most importantly, the cleaning smell and fragrance items.
