If you have not found the ideal beach retreat yet, it might be because you haven’t visited 202 D Port O Call! This wonderful one-bedroom condominium (sleeps four) with spectacular ocean views and just steps from the beach has experienced extensive renovations and is one of the best beach retreats in the exclusive Wild Dunes community. Ocean views, large swimming pool access, and a spacious screen porch are just a few of the amenities that will exceed your expectations of an ideal beach retreat. Step inside and you will be delighted to find a well-appointed home featuring freshly painted stylish colors, a totally renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a welcoming foyer, and a beautiful master bedroom featuring a king bed. The bathroom has many upgrades including new fixtures. Outdoor living is at its best at 202 D Port O Call with a spacious screen porch, and seating for four that is highlighted with ocean and pool views. With the prevailing summer Southwest Breeze, it is a cool spot even on the warmest of days.

When it is time to explore the community, you will find “Whispering Palms” at 202 D Port O Call is in the perfect location and just a few minutes’ walk from the Links Golf Course Pro Shop. There you will find the Sandbar Restaurant, shopping, driving range and the world-famous Links golf course. Bike rentals are a great way to get around, and there are miles of bike trails leading you past six other dining options within Wild Dunes, a spa, playground, the Harbor golf course, and Duney’s Ice Cream Shop on the beach. Best yet, Historic Charleston is only 30 minutes away!

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The rental includes a sleeper sofa.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. Great Vacation Spot for Families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was prefect for our family of 4. The beach and pool were both in close proximity which is a bonus with kids. The complex is quiet, clean, and very family friendly. Check in was easy and any communication was responded to quickly. We went to Shem Creek nightly for dinner, which was just a 20 minute drive. Overall, our experience here as amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again! One added bonus was the ability to rent beach equipment and have it delivered to the condo!

The place was great. Pool and access to the beach was very convenient. The only thing that needs to be changed is the carpet in the small hall and bedroom. Every thing else was perfect!

D202 Port O Call

We truly loved this condo from the view of the water both pool and ocean. We were lucky enough to witness the full moon from the screen porch as well as the beach. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were less than ideal. The kitchen was well stocked. I suggest adding a spatula, tongs and a quality fry pan for cooking breakfast.

Lovely spot with great view

We enjoyed the condo, pool and beach. The screened in porch was a nice bonus. Only drawback was the “corporate feel”, for instance, light in bathroom was attached to very loud fan, other switches inoperable, sheets/towels kinda crusty. These were small things and overall stay was lovely.

We enjoyed everything about your condo and our experience. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and we had everything we needed. The ocean view was spectacular, and we loved the very short walk to the beach. The $250 beach rental credit was very appreciated! We highly recommend the bikes. They were easy to ride and the decision to rent them was the best decision. The daily bike rides were very enjoyable. The management checked on us everyday to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will highly recommend you and hopefully will take another trip to South Carolina in the future. Thank you so much for making our trip so nice.

Stayed here with my wife and loved it! Woke up early every day just to watch sunrise. Amazing view! Bed was also very comfortable. Some minor negatives: coffee maker, but no filters, washer was very loud and bathroom needed some work. SD channels on cable TV was expected, but HD would have been nice.

Hard to beat Wild Dunes!

This is probably the 12th time we’ve been to Wild Dunes and we love the area. Port o Call was nice and quiet with a great pool and easy access to beach. Wonderful view too! The furnishings in the living room and back porch could stand to be updated but it was a nice place to stay!

Beautiful location, would stay here again

Secluded far end of Isle of Palms. Gorgeous view from picture window of pool area & ocean beyond. Pool cleaned twice/week; landscaping maintained expertly. Very wide sand beach area, which is nice! Condo very clean & comfortable. Kitchen is small galley style but great for just the two of us. Elevator just around the corner & condo is next to last on 2nd floor so very little foot traffic by our back window/door. Luggage racks are available for use. Gym area is behind elevator on ground floor so very near tho we didn't use it. Screened-in deck kept all bugs out (and debris) so cooler nights we left the sliding doors open to hear to ocean. Minor repair issues were handled promptly (loose sliding door handle replaced & loose stove knob tightened).

Whispering Palms greeted us with a stellar view! Although only one bedroom, the layout of the condo provides privacy and space for the guests staying on the sleeper sofa. Well furnished; great screen porch with, indeed, whispering palms! Comfortable beds, good supply of starter amenities (we didn't run out of anything...) Only negative....VERY TIGHT kitchen space. Only one cook at a time. And I could have used a few more things: serving platters/bowls, a pitcher. Overall a great little spot for enjoying this beautifully private beach.
