Perfect little condo for relaxing getaway
Had a wonderful stay at Wild Dunes. The condo is in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village but a quick walk to the boardwalk, tennis, village restaurants and market, etc. We enjoyed walking on the shaded sidewalks and coffee on the porch overlooking the harbor. Quick walk or ride to nearby restaurants and the beach. Condo was clean and had all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. Have stayed at many of the other condos at Wild Dunes but the Moorings is one of our favorites. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful Retreat
The property was immaculate and the host had anticipated any guest need! Everything was upgraded and very well maintained. The pool was steps away, and it was a short 2 minute drive to the beach. A WONDERFUL place to stay!

Wonderful Rental!
I stayed at this lovely condo with my husband and two college-age daughters. It was perfect fit for us while we were in Isle of Palms. Well appointed in every way and conveniently located to the beach, marina, etc. It's only a short drive from Charleston as well. The condo building has covered parking, an elevator and overlooks the pool/marina. The condo is pretty, spacious, clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was awesome from start to finish. It's a wonderful vacation rental and we're glad we found it. Thanks!

Just what we needed
Perfect location for boat-watching. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Chris called us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was good. Later that night we were cooking dinner and blew a fuse. We had to call him to find the breaker box, which was hidden behind wall decor. He answered promptly, told me where to find box, then called back a few minutes later to make sure everything was ok. We had a nice, relaxing weekend just as we had hoped. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location/ lots of fun
I was staying at this location while in the area attending a wedding with a few friends. Everything worked out great and the reception was 5 minutes away. The next day we spent the day in Charleston which was a lot of fun. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. It was nice to sit out on the screened in porch and the weathers in October was around 75 everyday. We would visit again.

Excellent Honeymoon!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful place! Everything was so nice, cozy and felt like home. Your place was supplied with any and everything you would need. The porch was perfect for breakfast/coffee in the morning. Great place to walk and enjoy the scenery. The beach house was an excellent place to watch the sunset in the evening. We loved our stay at Chris' condo. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. There was also a great view of the water from the living room window. Would definitely stay here again and recommend his apartment to anyone looking to stay in the IOP or Charleston area!

Isle of Palms SC
We had a terrific stay on Isle of Palms. The photos and listing of this property were accurate. The amenities were as described and very nice. Communication with Chris was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again. Isle of Palms is a great destination! This property was quiet and very relaxing. Beautiful view of the sunset from the screened porch!

Fantastic!
The pictures do not do justice. My wife actually changed locations to do hair and makeup for our wedding due to the great views and open floor plan. The only negative was that people park in the “No parking” areas directly behind and to the side of the allocated parking spot thus making it difficult to maneuver. Highly recommend otherwise. Thank you for a great place.

We enjoyed staying at the Condo, we found it just as was described. Easy to access with the elevator and plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The screened porch was comfortable even in the middle of the summer. I would enjoy returning again.

The Perfect Getaway in Every Way
This location is unbeatable. The owner is exceptional at communication and gave me a list of amenities and answered all questions. I felt pure luxury from the moment walking in. My twins loved the twin beds. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the marina and a shower I could stay in all day! The beds are so comfortable, which is important being a busy mom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need and more. I was able to do our laundry before we left with a very nice washer and dryer. The tvs in all rooms have all you need, esp for kids. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Every night we walked along the marina on the walkway which will be a special memory. I am so thankful for this trip. I hope to stay here again. :)

The condo was even better than expected -stocked with everything you could hope for and attractive blue & white beach decor throughout. We had one very minor issue with the pool gate and the owner was a) profusely apologetic and b) ithe issue was resolved within a few hours. We were enjoying ourselves so much, we were happily able to extend our stay by another night!

A home away from home
The condo looked just like the photos online. It was very clean and quiet. The view from the condo was beautiful and we felt very comfortable there. The owner sent us a detailed email of everything we needed to know and checking in was very easy. We had a lovely vacation!

Family Spring Break
April - 2022 - Could not have picked a better time of the year to visit Charleston. The condo was immaculate and Chis was very responsive leading up to our vacation and when we arrived. Location is perfect, great proximity to all that Charleston and Wild Dunes have to offer. We enjoyed touring Fort Moultrie and the restaurants in IOP and Sullivan's. Great spring Break trip for our family (girls 11 and 8). Evening walks around the yacht club and it was warm enough to swim. We will be back for sure.

Relaxing Getaway
Great condo with beautiful harbor views! Kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to eat all of our meals at the condo. The screened in porch is such a relaxing space to enjoy those meals. The "Beach House" is where we accessed the beach each day. The parking pass provided was a blessing to be able to park there. The beach off the "Beach House" is a quiet beach with restroom access and covered porch areas with tables/chairs, etc. Enjoyed walking the beach, looking for shells and sand dollars. We rented a golf cart, but hardly used it. Ended up driving our vehicle to the beach each day instead. There is a marina within walking distance that is a mini store/souvenir shop (has just about anything you can think of). Wild Dunes is a beautiful resort! Thank you for allowing us to experience it through your condo. It's a quiet, relaxing community and provided a perfect amount of rest.

Our family had a great time. The property is absolutely perfect and works well for a family of four. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and more. Plenty things to do - bike, tennis, walks on the beach and Charleston is only 35 minutes away. We will try to come back.

Relaxing get-away
The condo is really lovely…. Spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the screened-in balcony for meals and the views of the marina, pool and pretty landscaping. It’s in a quiet location which we appreciated, yet close to everything on the island. The Beach House is a true perk and just a short drive away. There is easy access to the beach and a large deck with tables, chairs and rocking chairs in the sun and shade. We had a truly relaxing stay here and would love to return sometime!

Great spot for a family
We enjoyed our stay on IOP. Chris’ property was as advertised and fit the needs of our family of five. Beach is walkable (46th Street access) if you’re just bringing a towel, but I’d recommend driving and parking (same 46th Street access) if you’re hauling chairs and toys. Communication with Chris was okay, very helpful once we connected with him but a message/question via the app and a couple calls/voicemails went unanswered prior to our arrival date. Checkin couldn’t have been easier.

Fabulous Get Away !!
Town House is beautiful, the view is knockout, screen in porch we ate every meal on, it was quiet, well equipped, close to everything we wanted to do, ECO Tour, at any age is a must. Fort Moultrie was another great day and hit the Art Gallery on the way home. Enjoyed Wild Dunes boardwalk, beach, and had dinner outside at the pools Thank you so much !

The Condo was great. Chris the owner was very helpful and communicated with us at every step. The air condition was our savior in the middle of the S.C. summer heat. One suggestion is consider how you plan to get around. Golf carts book up a month or two in advance. They’re fun to drive around the Wild Dunes Resort, but impractical if you want to dine in Mount Pleasant (15 minutes away) or head to Charleston (30 minutes away). I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This property will not disappoint!!!
The condo is beautiful. It overlooks the marina and has a private pool just for condo residents. This owner takes great care so you are happy and comfortable from the moment you open the door until you leave. They provided not only the necessary info but also gave many recommendations for restaurants and the local market. The island is beautiful and we realized through our stay that this location was perfect, quiet and away from the main road on the island. I would come back here again and recommend you to do the same.

My family and I had such an enjoyable stay at this condo. Everything has been updated and it's beautiful. Chris the owner was on top of it. He called us as we were arriving just to make sure everything was up to our standards. He was easily accessible by phone if we needed anything (which we didn't). I would highly recommend this property. We were less than a 5 minute drive to the private beach parking lot. So easy and accessable. We had a great time. Thanks for Everything Chris.

This really is a beautiful condo!
Lovely, quiet and super clean. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Peaceful view of the water and boats from the screened porch. We actually did not spend time on the beach this trip as I was tied up in meetings, but you would have to bike or drive to the beach access (this is true of the majority of properties on Wild Dunes). We had no issues with parking or access to the condo. Honestly, this one was better than expected and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I would consider returning here in a heart beat. We did a destination wedding but had some ties to the area so were familiar with Wild Dunes. We had a marvelous time and I would definitely recommend a golf cart to get around. Make sure whom you rent from is allowed to be in Wild Dunes. Loved the condo.

Wedding Weekend
This lovely IOP condo was perfect for our party of 4. We were in town for my nephew's wedding at Boone Hall, so the location is ideal for getting to and from that venue. We also had several events on neighboring Sullivans Island as well as in downtown Charleston. The traffic leaving IOP in the afternoon can be heavy, so we accounted for the extra travel time; however, there are great restaurants and a Harris Teeter grocery store on Island so you really could arrange a stay where you never have to cross the bridge! The condo is a beautiful, comfortable space with a screened porch and incredible sunset views out over the marina and waterway. The master bath is big which made getting ready easy. There is covered parking under the building, and the condo is accessible by both stairs and elevator. It was a perfect home base!

A Perfect Stay on Isle of Palms!
I can't recommend this pretty little condo enough! Not only is it updated, sparkly clean, comfortable (great beds) and has charming decor, but the location is perfect! Your morning coffee view is the condo's pool, palm trees and a lovely harbor. It's centrally located to golf, tennis, beaches and all that Wild Dunes offers. The host, Chris, could not be nicer or more accomodating. I felt like we were staying in an old friend's home. Be sure to walk over to the nearby Marina where you can book all kinds of excursions. Isle of Palms is fun and lively and this condo feels like a tucked away calm spot. What a gem.

Beautiful property/ great location
We really enjoyed this beautiful condo. Everything is clean and updated. The check-in process was easy, and Chris was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. He gave us all the information we needed, called to check to make sure everything was okay, and was easy to call with any questions. The location on the Isle of Palms is perfect- the Wild Dunes community is beautiful to walk around. The beach there was really nice and not crowded. It was an easy drive from the condo to downtown Charleston. I would totally recommend this condo and we hope to stay there again sometime.

The unit is very nice and quiet. The second bedroom only has twin beds as it states, for a family would be great. However, we were traveling with another couple. We did make do. Not very close to walking distance of much. The owner was very responsive both times I contacted him.
