Location: Situated right in the center of Isle of Palms, one block back from Palm Ave to avoid the congestion, and right at the widest part of the beach, with multiple accesses: between 31st and 32nd and between 32nd and 33rd. The IOP park is also just a couple blocks away with other recreational activities. Off-street parking for 4-5 cars. Layout: The house features an open-concept living area with multiple porches, outdoor pool and activities area on the ground level, and an amenity filled outdoor space. Kitchen: Gourmet chef's kitchen, featuring GE stainless steel appliances, gas range, and quartz waterfall island. Multiple ovens. The kitchen is well-equipped to make meals easy, whether dining indoors or outdoors. Dining table for 10 and breakfast bar stools at island for a quick meal.
