"Isle be Back" - 5 57th Avenue is one of our newest additions. It is a gorgeous, six bedroom, five and a half bathroom inverted floor plan home with spectacular ocean views and private pool (heatable for a fee). Located on the quiet side of town, this seaside retreat may quickly become your family's favorite destination. .

We manage cleaning and maintenance staffs to ensure the highest quality service. Our concierge services can help you organize private chefs, massage therapists and all the best that Isle of Palms has to offer.

--Policy--
We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.

We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is 6.95% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us and not through VRBO (CSA).

Each reservation is charged a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be charged/held the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages. Sometimes this is done and returned quicker than 30days. This security deposit is not included in your quoted rate on VRBO/Homeaway.

Pets are allowed with pre-approval. We limit to one large dog or two small, but may make an exception. There is a pet fee of $282.50 PER PET. VRBO only allows one pet fee to be added, so please let us know how many pets you have in the notes when you reserve and we will make sure to add it to the contract before you sign.

--Cancellation Policy--
We Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (Red Sky or Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian). If you do not have it or are cancelling for a reason not covered, then our cancellation policy will occur.

1. Red Sky travel insurance- 6.95% of rental total and you get 100% back (minus premium):

-You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they get COVID-19 (or any illness) and prevents you from coming. Any illness that causes cancellation/interruption and has an Attending Physician's Statement evidencing the diagnosis and doctor ordered travel restriction is covered.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they are medically quarantined by a doctor with a letter from the Health Department.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they experience loss of job due to COVID-19 or any other reason (must be employed over a year and can't be self-employed).

-Other covered reasons include, but not limited to- Mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane, injury or death, flight delay due to weather, car accident , extension of school year, and more.

2. Rental Guardian “Cancel for Any Reason”- 10.8% of rental total and you get 60% back (minus premium):

-You can cancel for ANY reason up until 2 days prior to your reservation start date. If you are booking 10days prior to your start date, then you cannot add this insurance.

-If you cancel for a reason covered by the normal travel insurance plan above, like, mandatory evacuation, injury or death, sickness, etc. then, you will still have the normal travel insurance coverage as well and would be paid out at 100% (minus premium).

*Please ask us (Exclusive Properties) about where and how to purchase this CFAR travel insurance.

Our cancellation policy if you do not have Travel Insurance or if you cancel for a reason not covered states:

Guest cancellation must be in writing and balance paid in full. If you cancel your reservation, all monies will be held until the property has been rebooked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are NO exceptions. If the property is rebooked for only part of the rental period or for a reduced rate for the reserved days, your deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period, guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation processing fee of $250, and 10% of the rental. If the property rebooks, you can move your funds (less any discount or unpaid rent) at 100% to dates in the future within 1 year of original check in date. If the property isn't rebooked all monies will be forfeited.

Beautiful house in the best location!

We stayed at the home for a girls trip on IOP and it was PERFECT!! The home is so spacious and comfortable for a big group and is seconds from the beach. Can’t recommend enough!

Just as advertised! Plenty of room for the 16 of us! Pool was an added plus. One draw back was the pool was not fully operational until day 3. But it was addressed quickly!! Things happen! My family wants to return!!!!

Lovely home and great location!

Accommodations were perfect for our family gathering of 8 adults and three teenagers. Kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area and third floor porch were wonderful places to gather and relax. The property management company was extremely accommodating and responsive to our inquiries and needs. Would definitely rent again!

Great Beach House

We enjoyed the views and accommodations in this beautiful home. We especially appreciated the labels in the kitchen cupboards so we could make sure everything was in its place!! The only thing we wish was different was the fact that the laundry closet was in the 2nd bedroom on the main floor and that room had no bathroom. Just a half bath in the hall. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was by far the cleanest and most beautifully maintained beach home we've ever rented and we have rented many!

Great location. The house seemed a bit worn and tired and in need of sprucing up. Furniture was well used—sofas sag. Cabinets need paint. Counters are old and edges are chipped. Ice maker needed cleaning!!. For the price we paid it should have been a lot nicer!!

Amazing Property!

My bookclub recently celebrated our 20th anniversary with a trip to Charleston. We rented the property and were exceedingly pleased with the house and location. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as gather together for games and meals. It was well equipped and very clean. Each bedroom was comfortable and had outdoor access which was nice. And you could not beat the location — absolutely perfect! The checkin/checkout process was super easy and the Exclusive Properties staff was amazing. We had an incredible time and would recommend the property as well as rent again.

Perfect beach stay

Beautiful property

The house was beautiful! The view from the main living area and porches was breathtaking! The pool area was private and relaxing. The house was very spacious and accommodated all 14 of us well. The ice maker was a plus. The location is very private but convenient. Only a minute walk to the beach. We were even surprised to see white tail deer in the yard across the street! Everyone enjoyed the house and had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend this house.

End of Summer vacation

This house is a gem. The lot across the street is empty so we had an amazing view of the ocean. The bed rooms were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the huge wrap around porches. The pool area was great, plenty of furniture and showers to get the sand off. The kitchen was well stocked. I will look to rent this property again!! Loved it!!!

We really enjoyed the house. The only issue is check in time of 5 pm & check out time of 9. That’s the only reason for the overall rating. It’s really difficult to get 13 people up & out with all u need to do like cleaning out fridge, dishes etc by 9 am. Except for that it was wonderful

Cannot wait to book again!

Thank you for the amazing time that we had there. The home was magnificent. When we arrived it was clean and ready. We checked in at the office and they were able to go straight to the house. When we arrived the company had accidentally mixed up another drop off of another party at our house, but they quickly picked up the other ladies and took them to their correct destination. They were apologetic and were great to work with. We needed a few things worked on at the house (smoke detector alarm and elevator door) and the man who came to work on it was so kind and efficient. The office was easy to get a hold of and they got someone out of the house quickly to fix it. The home was beautiful and located in a wonderful spot. We loved the porches on the home. It was wonderful to drink our morning coffee out there or to sit out as the sun went down. The beach access is right in front of our home so it was easy to access the beach and get all of our stuff in and out of the beach. We did bring extra paper towels and toilet paper with us which was needed, but we knew we were going to because we just wanted to stay in and cook our meals. There were plenty of towels for each person. I would highly recommend any large groups to rent this house! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach House

We rented Isle Be Back for a reunion of our high school friends, as we all turn 60 this year. I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Location was perfect -‘just steps from the beach. It was well appointed with everything we needed. Our entire group agreed that it was simply perfect!
