Communication with Michael was wonderful. He was quick to respond and also quick to try and find solutions to issues. The wooden steps leading to the upstairs bedrooms are broken, there was mold in the shower in the hallway bathroom upstairs. The temperature stayed around 77 regardless of what the thermostat was set at. Although Michael did have someone to come out to check it. I believe with the back of the house being windows with no window coverings (shades or curtains), it didn't have a chance to cool. There was a large number of insects in the master bedroom upstairs, that was later identified as migdens. Michael did have someone to come out to spray and offered us to move to a different property. We visited the other property, but decided to stay, as it was not a property I would have chosen for my family. As you can see from the photos, the property needs some attention and a thorough cleaning.
