It smells musty/mildew/moldy, the floors and furniture were stained, the outside furniture was covered in mildew, the outside porch swing had a frayed rope. Luckily, the property management company was able to move us to a different house which we really appreciated. I definitely do not recommend this property. ##### sarah v.
