As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. The views of the golf course (its steps from Wild Dunes Links #18) and ocean are spectacular. The only small issues were some basic maintenance needs: the sink faucet was loose and sprayed all over when you used it, the dishwasher was missing pieces, the freezer door wouldn’t shut all the way so froze up from time to time, and the floor very under the sink fell out every time the AC kicked on. These were super minor but the only reason this was a 4 out of 5 stars.
