Bedrooms are seriously comfortable, with the master being a total standout. You've got a massive walk-in closet and an awesome ensuite bathroom with a shower that even has a built-in seat (hello, relaxation!). The bunk room is seriously cool – it can sleep a crowd with two queen beds and a twin trundle. Perfect for family or friends! Bonus features? An amazing all-season screened sun room that flows right from the living area, plus extra seating out front. There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! The neighborhood offers privacy and it is very convenient to a beach access and the community pool and tennis court were also nearby. The house was very nice. We used the credit for bikes which were ideal to get to the pool and court, grocery store and explore the area. We separately arranged for chair and umbrella rentals with setup on the beach, which was so great. Not hauling the equipment or setting up the umbrellas was so liberating. It would have been helpful to have a little more clarity (a map/drawing) on where to go to access the beach, the courts and the main street (there is an access near the tennis court) from the community.
