- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This property is oceanfront and has its own walkway.
- Access to Beach: The quickest way to get to the beach is the paved access path at the end of Ocean Point.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Property was spacious, clean & right on the ocean. It was awesome to be able to hear the waves roll in! Kitchen had everything we needed. Liked that it had extra ice machine…we never ran out! Beds super comfortable.

Location…location…location! Along with privacy and comfort. Everything is Wonderful. “Water’s Lure” is very inviting and comfortable. The layout was very functional for 6 adults and 2 children ages 8 mo and 2 years. 4 th bedroom is large enough for two cribs. The patio off the living room and master bedroom has very comfortable seating and we spent lots of time there. The wine,fresh flowers and goodies are a special touch and enjoyed very much. We plan to return!

The condo itself far surpassed our expectations. Beautiful view with easy beach access comfortable rooms and a lovely patio to hang out on. Only frustration was with our (lack of) fitness center access. Our communications with the property management number were not responded to swiftly and they first told us we had access to the Sweetgrass hotel gym. When we went to this gym we were turned away. It took a long time for property management to then respond that we would have to pay for access to that gym and when we asked how much it would cost they never responded.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful! We were blown away when we walked in the first day & saw it. The condo had fresh flowers throughout, a welcome gift & snacks which was so so nice & above & beyond. There was plenty of room for everyone & it was very clean. We spent tons of time on the large balcony, the view from the balcony & inside the condo never gets old. You will love your stay here!

Great thanksgiving at Wild Dunes

This ocean front condo is spectacular. The 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms housed our extended family group of 6 perfectly. Moreover, the indoor and outdoor living space was amazing and comfortable for all of us to be together. The owners of this property go out of their way to welcome guests with fresh flowers, a hand written note, a goodie bag of snacks, and a stocked beverage fridge. We would definitely rent this property again on a future trip to Wild Dunes.

Completely perfect.

What's to say? The view from inside is so picturesque it seems unreal. The deck overlooks the beach and ocean so you feel as though your toes are in the sand even while you're home. The updated finishes inside, the fully stocked kitchen (not meaning food), the complimentary wine, and the hand-written welcome card and gift basket all make this place 6 out of 5 stars. I cannot stress this enough, it was amazing. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Wonderful beachfront condo

Our family had a fantastic beach week. The condo was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and get comfortable after a day on the beach. The outdoor balcony was our favorite gathering place since it had very nice porch furniture. 1102 Ocean Club was just as the pictures presented. It was very clean, very spacious, well equipped, and the owners were so kind and generous to leave bouquets of fresh flowers. The views are great even if the weather doesn't afford on the beach time. You can hear the waves crash from the balcony. This rental was very clean, and the owners are so kind to provide furnishings that are quality and make this rental very homey. It was a great stay for a weekend trip, but could easily be a long-term rental option. Wild Dunes is a very large gated area so navigating for the first time was the only trick upon arriving but the security staff at the gate are more than helpful. Fantastic place and location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. From the moment you walk in (make sure you do so in the daytime), you'll be be blown away by the view. Ocean views from the main living area, master and bedroom #1. Our family of 6 has plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals. Golf course/driving range is a short walk from the property. Great stay, would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our latest visit to Wild Dunes! This property is the best condo we have rented in over 20 years of visits to Isle of Palms! Beautifully decorated and upscale. Recently updated. Well stocked and beautiful ocean front view of beach. Balcony furniture upscale and very comfortable. The thoughtful welcoming gifts of wine and snacks were greatly appreciated. We have already booked 3 more visits in 2021!
