If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Fireplaces are not for guest use. \- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. The elevator was a huge help with my wife and I in our 70’s needed the help. We celebrated our 50 th anniversary and 3 birthdays while there. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. We also loved the pool and the view from the pool that we ended up using it more than the beach. It was a great location. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to provide pool/beach towels and a yoga mat so we don’t have to travel with all of that when you are flying and limited on luggage space.
