Steps from the ocean, endless outdoor escapes and breathtaking views are all in your future when staying at 2301 Palm Boulevard. This home boasts 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. A gorgeous swimming pool and backyard paired with plenty of space for the whole family is just one of the luxuries of this spectacular home. The pool can be heated for an extra fee per day. As you arrive, walk up the front steps and inside to the first level of this 3-story home! Four of the six bedrooms are on this level. Upstairs the living space has tons of windows to allow plenty of natural light in. The kitchen is fully quipped to prepare the meal of your choice for your beach vacation. The open floor plan allows for you to spend time with family whether grabbing a snack, enjoying a meal or watching tv on the flatscreen. There is an ocean facing balcony off of the living room with seating to enjoy the salty breeze. Move towards the back of the home and there is a sitting area and back balcony overlooking the pool. Two more bedrooms are on this level. Up top, there is a sitting area and balcony with stunning ocean views. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (4), BATH TOWEL SETS (26 bath towels), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (14) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!!
