The newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen feature butcher block countertops and brand-new appliances. For added comfort, the home includes ceiling fans, wireless internet, and DirecTV in the living room and master bedroom. Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, this home is within just a couple blocks of a variety of restaurants, beach shops, bars, and the local grocery store. Relax on the sundeck or in the family-friendly screened area under the home, which features a gas grill. It's an easy walk to the beach with no major road crossings. The home also provides access to a community pool and tennis courts. Linens are included. Please note: the fireplace is not for guest use, and no pets or smoking are allowed. Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
