This is a beautiful, high-end, custom-built home with so many amazing conveniences. As you enter on the second floor, you will feel the spaciousness with the tall ceilings and open floor plan. You will immediately notice a deck level pool just off the living room and dining room area. The living room and dining room each have large windows and sliding doors surrounding the pool area, which allows everyone be apart of all of the pool activities whether inside or outside. Located just 2 blocks from the beach and steps from the Isle of Palms Marina, you will love the prime location, yet very private tree lined backyard. This is a magnificent home with amazing open space, it is a wonderful oasis for families to gather. Six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, an elevator that services all levels; from the garage to the roof top deck. For additional entertainment, in the garage (1st floor/ground level) there is a ping pong room, plus on the third-floor, a large entertainment room with a large flat screen TV and wet bar. The kitchen is open and spacious featuring chef level appliances plus a large kitchen Island with seating. The dining room features a wet bar and a large dining room table that seats 10 with additional seating for 3 around the kitchen island. Of the 6 grand bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms except for the one twin/bunk room which uses a hall bathroom. The property is beat up in quite a few rooms. One of the twin beds is super squeaky. The pool was cleaned the second day we were there and honestly had no issues! I would rent this house again! With 13 adults, (all kids over 17) we did not feel cramped. Great location!! Easy walk to the beach and marina. The roof top deck was awesome too. Reviewer Comments: This house was truly amazing. It is perfect for a big group, and the location is so close to the beach. Ubers are a bit hard to come by if you want to go to Charleston, but the house is so gorgeous, you might not want to leave! The beds are comfortable, and there are so many places in the house to hang out as a big group.
