We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was in pristine condition and everything went off really well. All amenities were available for us to use and our group thoroughly enjoyed it. Once we left the property and were on the road, the property manager was texting us incessantly about missing remotes. We told them where the remotes were but they provided us flippant responses and asked us to check with our guests. We had to ask all our guests to search the bags in their bags but couldn’t find them. We were quite stressed about this since they held our deposit. They found the remotes but never bothered to inform us. It soured our experience which was completely avoidable. Additionally never got a text or call from them apologizing for this. There are a couple things that need to be fixed. The spa never got heated. The pool was 80 degrees when we arrived but they came fixed that. When they did the spa would not heat.The door knobs were difficult to open and close on some doors. Fruit flies were in the kitchen which was annoying.
