The closest path is at Grand Pavilion, two complexes to the left. \- You must be 25 years or older to book this home. \- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. \- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. \- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. \- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Fireplaces are not for guest use. \- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. \- Guests have access to the hot tub at 7 Beachwood East and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. \- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. \- There is an elevator available for guest use; however, we kindly ask that you do not rely on it as a guaranteed amenity. While the home is newer and we haven’t experienced any issues so far, unexpected maintenance can occur at any time. \*Parking Details:\* \- There are 6 parking spaces available. \- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as listed — perfect for our family trip. The location in the beach resort community was ideal, and we had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Communication with the property manager was excellent — they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the home was well-stocked and thoughtfully maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.
