Welcome to paradise! “The Seascape at 512” is a stunning three bedroom, three bath condominium located in the exclusive Wild Dunes. Extensive renovations and professional décor, with no expense spared, make this property a true gem. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views and ocean breezes from the spacious penthouse patio and throughout the home. The oceanfront patio is where your family will spend much of their vacation; it is truly unique. Featuring an outdoor sofa and a dining table for six, it is the perfect spot to take in the beauty of the Island while watching ships navigate into the Charleston Harbor. The interior of “The Seascape at 512” is striking. You will immediately notice the attention to detail and the property owner’s efforts to continuously make improvements. The living area is highlighted with large windows overlooking the ocean, bright beach artwork, tile flooring, large flat screen television, and furniture straight out of the pages of Coastal Living. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are featured in the kitchen, again with ocean views. “The Seascape at 512” offers three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a full private bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, oceanfront views, and ensuite luxurious bath. The lower level guest bedroom is spacious and is highlighted with a second king bed and bath. Finally, a spiral staircase takes your guests to a loft bedroom that features two double beds as well as a private bath and ocean views. Seascape Villas is an outstanding facility in Wild Dunes. Seascape Villas has a very fine oceanfront swimming pool, easy parking, two elevators, and is only a one wood driver away from Links Golf Course Pro-shop. Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.
