This recently renovated home boasts a myriad of features, including a screened-in oceanfront dining area, a covered back porch for 8+ with multiple glider/rockers, a covered front porch with rockers, and a spacious deck off the primary suite. The outdoor pool space is complemented by an outdoor enclosed full shower with hot water, a beach walk shower, a full-sized hammock, and gas grill. The extensive renovation includes both exterior and interior upgrades, such as new floors, bathrooms, painting, kitchen appliances, and furniture. The first floor welcomes you with a beautiful open living area adorned with hardwood floors, two separate sitting areas, a large dining table for 8-10, a separate breakfast table seating an additional 6, and 4 full counter bar stools. The spacious living area features a 75-inch TV, creating a perfect gathering space. The renovated kitchen boasts a large center island, counter seating for four, wine storage racks, and a separate bar sink. I've stayed in better and stayed in worse. For a luxury rental is was lacking a little. On a scale I would give it a seven. I've rented houses before, twice in Isle of Palms, twice in Myrtle Beach and once in Fort Myers Florida. The kitchen was nice but one of the sinks leaked, the master bathroom was great but one of the vanity sinks drained slow and one of the lights on the back porch was loose. The location to the beach is great you're right on the beach and the pool is great also. All in all we had a great time! ##### Steve M. The set up was perfect. All the rooms were spacious and very well-kept. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook any type of meal. The proximity to the beach was amazing. Although the pool is not heated and it was chilly outside, that didn’t stop the grandkids from getting in and enjoying every moment. Check in and out was very easy. My only complaint is that a few things could use some updating -- a warped floorboard in the main room caused a few mild injuries and some of the external painting needs to be redone. The house was perfect for this group especially, the kids. The house is well lived in and was very "kid friendly". Some upkeep has been put aside (uneven decking, some wood rot-as expected for a beach house, uneven floor boards, etc.). The master bed mattress is on some kind of board that is very noisy, would suggest updating the spring board/flat wood slab the mattress sits on. Overall, very enjoyable and easy! ##### Steph H. The agent was great getting back us when we made inquiries while at the home. The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned while we were there and we lost a day of swimming. The inside was clean and nice. My only real problem was the downstairs bedroom was listed as having a private bathroom that bathroom was not private it had access off the entrance hall and was shared with anyone in the first floor! And it was small!! The bedroom was small and dark!! I paid 13,000 for the week and because I could not walked up and down the stairs to the upstairs I had to use that bedroom and bathroom! That part of the listing needs to he changed the last sentence on that paragraph of the listing is the guest bedroom has a private bath!
