Each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom was perfect for us, vacationing with multiple families and several teens. We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was in pristine condition and everything went off really well. All amenities were available for us to use and our group thoroughly enjoyed it. Once we left the property and were on the road, the property manager was texting us incessantly about missing remotes. We told them where the remotes were but they provided us flippant responses and asked us to check with our guests. We had to ask all our guests to search the bags in their bags but couldn’t find them. We were quite stressed about this since they held our deposit. They found the remotes but never bothered to inform us. It soured our experience which was completely avoidable. Additionally never got a text or call from them apologizing for this.
