With both ocean and pool views as a backdrop, your family will thoroughly enjoy meals or a board game on the furnished screen porch. From the upper deck, you can soak up the sun while watching the kids splash in the aqua blue water or choose one of the many loungers surrounding the pool. Then when your family is ready to ride the waves, the surf is only steps away from 20 Beach Club Villa and easily accessible down a boardwalk. The living area features a remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and new appliances. The updated flooring in the living area provides a clean look with a comfortable plush leather sofa and many new furnishings. The dining area has seating for six at the circular table. One of the many special amenities offered at 20 Beach Club Villa is the huge sliding door and window in the living area looking out towards the ocean. 20 Beach Club Villa presents three bedrooms, each with a full renovated bath and updated cabinets and tiling. The master bedroom offers a king bed with direct access to the open deck with ocean views and features a large walk-in shower as well as a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on the second floor features a king bed. The first level bedroom is unique in that it is large enough to accommodate two queen beds. Finally, 20 Beach Club Villa offers a covered carport plus a private outdoor shower and changing room. Beach Club Villa at Wild Dunes is a fantastic community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. It is the only oceanfront community along the Charleston coast that offers three-bedroom townhomes with direct ocean views. Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals and several restaurants located on site within the community. Best of all 20 Beach Club Villa is only 14 miles from Historic Charleston. Additional Amenities Include: High speed internet with Wi-Fi. Full size washer and dryer. Parking for two cars. Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products. Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens. NOTE: The other half of the Beach Club Villa complex will be undergoing some renovations starting in January and lasting tentatively until March. The city is replacing the water main and relocating the water meters. There will be no work being performed on the side of the complex where #20 is located, but there may be construction noise and equipment in the area. The property was perfect for our family and everyone had a great time. The furnishings were excellent and we were all able to have quality together time as well as enough space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could hope for. The space below the lanai was great to keep our beach gear. The only thing we would have really liked that was not available would have been access to a grill. I noticed another property did have one- even if electric, it would have been nice to grill a steak, etc. I was surprised there was not one even near the pool for resort access. I feel like we will definitely come back and this unit was perfect for our needs. ##### Carla B. The house was spacious, clean, and had a well-stocked kitchen which made meals a breeze. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The community pool was quiet and felt like our own private retreat, plus we were just steps away from Wild Dunes' restaurants. Using the beach credit, we easily rented chairs and bikes, enhancing our beach days. Mornings were spent admiring stunning sunrises and the beach was simply wonderful. We enjoyed running and walking around the safe, scenic community and even made it to Charleston twice, which was a highlight. With a grocery store just 10 minutes away, our needs were conveniently met. The community was not only welcoming but perfectly peaceful—ideal for a relaxing getaway. We liked the property, but, could not use our cell phones (verizon) while inside the condo. We had to hook up to the wi-fi just to receive & send calls, that had to be from the parking lot outside of the condo. Therefore, we will not be back to this location. Also, for the owner, the cleaning crew may want to step it up a bit. Our 7 month old grand daughter would crawl on the floor & day one, she was black on her hands & knees from the dirty floors/carpet. ##### Scott L. It had some minor things that I would fix if I owned it, but nothing that negatively impacted my visit. The company representing the owner was very attentive. The exterior of the condo project rates below average. The pool was closed. The grounds were under repair with pieces of plastic pipe and electrical wiring sticking out of the ground. The ground from the unit to the beach access was uneven with hidden holes in the grass. The parking lot pavement had many patches and cracked areas. The buildings needed painting and had rust stains on the ocean side. Landscaping needs attention. If I were an owner in this complex, I would be very unhappy with the attention being given by the homeowner's association and their management company. The exterior is really showing it's age. ##### Dan P. I would definitely stay in this location again. Short walk to the beach and plenty of room in the villa for all of us to spread out. It was just as advertised, 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Perfect for 6 people. Kitchen had all we needed to do some light cooking and had a real coffee maker (a plus for us). Location was great, right at the beach - just had to walk through the grass to the dunes. Very convenient. We even used the pool. Thanks for letting us stay! We'll be back ##### Lisa L. Pool/ beach/ amenities all as advertised. There are not any outdoor grills. Property is at far end of island, so it is 40+ minutes to Charleston center. Pool opened our first day but water was too cold for adults to linger very long. My granddaughter enjoyed it anyway. 😏 Beach was comfortable, warm and worth the trip. The beach equipment package helped and the ease of preordering bicycles through the condo management was very convenient. The condo was very nice, well located and the family agreed it was worth a return trip when warmer. ##### Jim L. We were able to enjoy the conveniences and amenities at Wild Dunes while maintaining easy driving access to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Charleston. The villa was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook family meals. Views of the ocean were great, Wifi worked well, the rental office was always available and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Isle of Palms. ##### Mercedes C. We were not notified until a week before our stay that the pool was no open due to covid. But we could go to the community pool (so we would be exposed to more people and have more chance of interacting with someone with the virus). Do you know how inconvenient it is to put 2 children in car seats to go to a pool. We specifically picked this place for the pool. Maybe if we had been given more warning or even a discount we could have rented a golf cart or something. Also parking was a huge issue. Lines need to be drawn on the parking lot so people don’t park in multiple places. Parking spots should be assigned because people had more than 2 cars. Also many spots were taken due to equipment for paving the parking lot. I understand Covid has caused many issues however, I do not think we were properly informed or received everything we payed for in our stay. ##### Ashley F. Very nicely renovated, comfortable and roomy for six adults and a two year old. Well equipped kitchen as we cooked in almost every night due to Covid closings. Disappointed to find villa pool closed when we arrived and no community grill as advertised.
