« This house is great. The property is excellent. The indoor pool was a hit. Check-in was very easy. Quiet neighborhood. 25-30 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. One minor item is you cannot change the temperature in the house. It is set to 77. Too warm on a hot day. But once things cooled down the breeze through the house is great with the windows open. I would absolutely rent again. »

The ability to do laundry during our trip was a big plus as well as 4 twin beds for 4 adults with room to spread out. Generally we spent time exploring Acadia and Bass Harbor but having the house allowed a day of relaxation and puzzle assembly for some while others spent more time hiking. Owners were fantastic!! « The house was just as advertised, including the lake view and the supply of kayaks. The location was private with an easy drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The kitchen was one of the best equipped rental properties we’ve stayed at. The large common area of living room/dining/kitchen provided plenty of room to hangout. »

« The cottage was located in a beautiful serine private spot on Bass Harbor. We arrived and the cottage was super clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware provided. Cozy layout with a gorgeous porch overlooking the bay. Owner was great in communication and we could not have dreamed of a better place. Looking forward to return next year! »

« Everything was seamless about checking-in and out. Everything you could possibly think of is available for your use. You literally just need food and clothing. I wish there was AC, but my partner liked it warm. It did cool down late at night and there was a window fan to help. The owner put in a lot of thought in creating a peaceful stay. It was close enough to town to the local restaurants and activities. »
