The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There is no hot water and our toilet didn't flush well, but other than that we had a wonderful stay. We had a room with air conditioning and ot was definitely helpful on the west side, there's hardly a breeze, but there is a floor fan if you didn't book a room with AC.The food was good. The mosquitoes are out and about in the early evening, bring bug spray! Had an employee waiting for me on the dock with my name so there was no confusion with where to go after the panga. After getting there I was offered a welcome drink. The rooms were clean. There is no hot water BUT you are on an island you will be fine. Internet is spotty but you’re on an island! There so much to see and do you won’t need it. Property closes the front door at night adding security. Food is amazing! Food does take a few but it’s made to order, grab a beer relax take in the view. The hotel is a 10 minute walk through the village to get to the main town with restaurants and beaches. The hotel has no beach and is near a local bar that blares music until 1:oo am. It was difficult to sleep. There are not many hotel options. It was in the ghetto. I did not feel safe walking in the dark to our hotel at night. It is off the strip and while nothing on the island is far, it is not convenient to local restaurants/attractions. Also, what the reviews don't say about the area is that panga's are not predictable. We have been stuck on the island for five days without anything to do due to winds. Prices are just like they are in the states. Lastly, the hotels.com price stated that it would be the final price we paid the hotel. When we tried to check out, there were all sorts of addl fee's and taxes they tried to charge us. We also paid double by booking online, in advance as to what people paid when they arrived. I cannot recommend them enough. Very cheap, but very clean. Beautiful trees, places to sit. Good internet. 10 feet from the beach and less than 10 minutes walk from all the dive shops. Decently priced restaurant right there that I ate at least twice a day. Above else, the staff is awesome. If you're a Disneyland Tourist, Little Corn in general isn't for you. It bugs me when I see other people leave negative reviews when the people at Las Palmeras put so much work in to give you a great experience. Es gibt ein Restaurant, was sehr gutes (aber auch nicht gerade guenstiges) Essen bietet. Der Strand ist leider kein richtiger Strand, aber man kann dort schwimmen gehen. Am besten haben mir die Haengematten mit Strandblick und Meeresrauschen gefallen. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wer es wirklich ruhig haben moechte, sollte in ein anderes Hotel gehen, da die locals es moegen, schon morgens um 6 oder 7 Uhr lautstark Musik zu hoeren- ich persoenlich fand es sehr authentisch und kannte es auch schon! Ich hatte mein Zimmer zum Glueck guenstiger bekommen, denn 70 Euro ist es meiner Meinung nach nicht wert. Das Bett war zwar bequem, aber leider hat es im Bad permanent nach Abfluss gerochen- auch ein Raumspray half nicht. Der Eigentuemer ist wohl gerade dabei, das Problem zu beheben, aber allgemein waren das Zimmer sowie das Bad ziemlich abgewohnt.
