"Fabulous location, right opposite beach and across the road from a lovely restaurant Casa Bassa. Hotel is next to a good restaurant and bar as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast and cheerful and lovely girl who welcomes you into the breakfast room. Recommend a room with balcony and sea view, room 102."

"This is great hotel, either as a stopover before you get a ferry from Bilbao Port (5 minutes drive) or spending a couple of days visiting Bilbao city as transport into the cityis very accessible. Rooms are quiet, air-conditioned (but could have been more efficient) and have tea/coffee makong facility and a fridge. There is an underground carpark for a small additional fee, which keeps motorcycles safe. We have stayed here twice, both occasions there were wedding events, but still we had a quiet night. The restaurant is okay, especially if you don't want to explore Santurtzi. Lovely friendly waiting staff who knew how to make a good cocktail. Highly recommend this accommodation."
