Come stay in this cozy cabin secluded among the trees on Bills Island in the Island Park Reservoir and just 30 minutes to Yellowstone National Park!! Enjoy being central to many activities, minutes walk to lake access and your own private 24 hour boat dock and slip. This three story Lodge offers ample space for a large family. The max number of guests, including children, is 20 people. Our cabin features SIX PRIVATE ENSUITE ROOMS with KING beds each including their own full en-suite bathroom. In addition to the bedrooms there is a spacious bunk room with 4 king beds and an en-suite full bathroom. A total of 10 King Beds, and 7 bathrooms. A stunning kitchen with granite counter tops, and state-of-the-art appliances. Our cabin also features the loft area upstairs overlooks the great room and a beautiful view through the great room giant windows. Here you can play a game of pool, or gather around the gaming table for a round of cards. In the basement, the family room has ping pong and air hockey tables, a card table for four, and a theater with comfortable seating for 12 to enjoy any movie, just bring the popcorn! It is the perfect gathering place to play games or hang out after a fun day on the lake. There are two sets of laundry machines for guests on the main level and in the bunk room to make traveling with multiple families easier. There is plenty of space to store all your gear in closets in each room. Extra linens and toiletries are found in the hall closets. Outdoor Amenities You will probably spend most of your time on the gorgeous wrap-around covered deck. Enjoy relaxing in the deck chairs, warming yourself with the gas fireplace, and eating a meal on the picnic style table. As a group you can also enjoy the 8 person Jacuzzi hot tub. You can't go wrong relaxing in the hot tub. There is also a BBQ grill to enjoy cooking outside as well. Open Fire Pit. If you want to hear the crackle and relax by an open fire to roast marshmallows, you can take advantage of the open fire pit just steps away from the cabin. We provide all of the firewood on site. Fire safety precautions are always advised and appreciated. Adult supervision is required. Heating and Air Conditioning. The Lodge has radiant heated floors in the basement. The second floor has forced air heating and air conditioning to ensure you never need to worry about comfort while enjoying your stay. Large ceiling fans are also positioned to aid air circulation. As a guest at the Yellowstone Crossing Lodge you have access to the entire cabin and 1.6 acres. The gated Edgewater development has its own private boat dock a half mile from the Lodge, in the Edgewater Marina slips that only Edgewater owners can use, and is yours to enjoy during your stay. Tender your boat in the slip day and night and throughout your stay. There are 3+ community boat ramps for launching, one is only 50 yards from the Edgewater Marina. Key cards will be provided to guests for entry gate entrance. Gate and door codes will also be provided. Upon arrival Alexa will be your personal concierge. Guests can call us if they need anything. Yellowstone Crossing Lodge is located in the Edgewater Estates in the heart of Bills Island, Island Park ID. Edgewater is a forest covered, 42 lot gated development with 4 completed cabins, and is secluded and private. Each cabin is tucked away in the trees. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other. Bills Island has always been known as the premier place to go in Island park to meet friends and family to create lasting memories. You will need a car to get around and off road vehicles are also allowed on the main roads near the lodge. Yellowstone Crossing Lodge has a large circle drive perfect for parking boats, RVs and snowmobile trailers with power hookups. For winter guests we have a heated driveway and walkways in front of the garage with ample space for three vehicles. If you need to charge your Tesla or EV we provide an on-site charging station for our guests to use. We encourage you to bring your EV to Yellowstone and drive through the park knowing that you have a place to recharge when you get home. The layout is fabulous for families with adults and kids. The house has EVERYTHING. The kitchen lacks for nothing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are top notch. The property is beautiful, clean, and plentiful. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance or dish you might need. Two refrigerators for all of our food and beverage. Plenty of seating for meals, plenty of space that the adults and kids could enjoy their own separate spaces. The beds were very comfortable with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere resulting in the best sleep! The porch was a great place to relax by the fire table or in hot tub. If we had any questions, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, even if our questions were minor. There is a book of a lot of helpful information from the host. We had absolutely zero complaints about this house - except that we had to leave at the end of the week. Highly recommend!! ##### Jennifer S. Our family travelled from different areas in the USA, we found a little bit of Heaven at Yellowstone Crossing. The house was perfect we had 14 people with plenty of space. Each suite was specious and perfect, great room and kitchen perfect. We had numerous chefs so all could be in kitchen with comfort. We enjoy family hiking and visiting Yellowstone, having a hot tub to soak in after being outdoors hiking was perfect for sore muscles. We will return, maybe try winter next time. Manager was helpful, and prompt- hot tub and fire pit were a lot of fun. The boat ramp and dock is located about 1/2 a mile down a dirt road, not bad -but not super close. We were grateful to have a slip to keep the boat in over-night👍 we really enjoyed our time at this cabin, hope to stay here again! ##### Tara C. The king beds were incredibly comfortable. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball tables. The property is 30 minutes to the west gate of Yellowstone national park, however, to get anywhere within the park where there are sites that you want to see or attractions you want to go to is anywhere from an hour and a half to a three hour car ride. The lodge is great for meals. Cafe Sabor and The Parlor at Mack’s Inn were great as well. Overall, it is a beautiful and secluded property. I highly recommend the property. Just know, if you stay here, you will be doing a lot of driving to get anywhere. ##### shane k. We love all the snow everywhere! Especially covering the streets and lake so we can snowmobile all over, right outside the front door, pulling kids for hours. It is so comfortable and spacious enough for our family with a variety of ages; to enjoy all their different activities. The hot tub on the deck is a big favorite to all! The kids love their large personal space in the bunk room and it’s quite soundproof while adults watch movies in other family rooms below. All the bathrooms are a big plus for our families privacy. It’s decorated beautifully. This place is talked about year round with the grandkids. Ready to try it in the summertime also! ##### Shelly S. This is the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. It was obvious that they had put significant effort into anticipating the needs of guests. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample rooms and bathrooms. We were very impressed with the property manager Madi. If we had a question, she would usually respond to our text or email within minutes and was very helpful in making it a relaxing stay. ##### Matthew T. The great room and kitchen were spacious and everyone appreciated having bathroom with each room. Beds are very comfortable! And we got to see a resident moose and calf on at least 3 occasions less than a 1/2 mile from the house. There were a couple of hiccups but Madison was very responsive and helped resolve those quickly. The only downside was that there is still work going on for landscaping on back side of house but that did not prevent us from using all amenities, including the fire pit. ##### Kara A. We had an amazingly fun time at the Lodge, there were 18 total from ages 77-9 months. My husband and I prefer to gift surprise destinations as Christmas gifts to our adult kids and their families. After visiting the area a few years back we decided on Yellowstone National Park as our family vacation. Everyone was so excited about the park the mountains and the animals we might see. We played Ping-pong, foosball, watched movies around the big couch, we put puzzles together, played games, sat in the hot tub and even utilized the fire-pit it’s the perfect bonding time. The lodge is absolutely gorgeous with its well designed roomy feel we loved the spaciousness yet warm and inviting feel! Madison was extremely helpful with everything we needed although Alexa was utilized just as much! We will definitely be back to stay at Bills Island! ##### Karla B.
