Guests will have access to the entire property: the cabin and all outdoors spaces including the patio, hot tub, fire pit, backyard and driveway. Keyless entry makes it easy to check-in and out and means you don't have to worry about losing or sharing keys, just remember the code we give you. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00pm!  
  
Other things to note  
This house can accommodate small medium size trailers below 20 feet. You can park at the Henry's Lake Gas Station and ride your snowmobiles up to the property.  
  
However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring trailers then bring them at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms.  
  
Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.  
  
You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.

Points forts : Propreté

Many houses don’t live up to the pictures. But not this place!! Pictures do not do it justice. The location couldn’t be more perfect and the home is immaculate and beautiful. The host is top notch and the scenery is out of a movie. We did a 65 mile snowmobile tour through Yellowstone and it was beautiful. You are only a few miles from West Yellowstone but just away enough to feel the experience of your own mountain cabin. Very well equipped kitchen Winter here is my favorite. All in all, and I don’t say this lightly, this is the Highest grade I would ever give for any vacation home I have ever stayed in 5 stars are not enough From home to host the experience has been nothing but first class! Highly recommend!

Overall amazing property, we had a great experience and recommend this place to anybody. The beds were comfortable, the layout and decor were great. The place is VERY well stocked with everthing you need for a comfortable stay. Both the gas grill and fire place have gas lines connected directly to them, so no need to worry about propane running out. The sauna, hot tub and massage chair are great features that we enjoyed using. The owner was amazing at communicating and gave us tons of recommendations for places to eat and places to visit in yellowstone. The proximity to west Yellowstone and the entrance is fantastic.

The cabin was excellent! Furnishings were great and the kitchen was well appointed. Communication was great and Chris provided plenty of information about activities and tips about visiting the area including restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful property. Amazingly well equipped kitchen. Everything is top notch. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great hot tub. Gas fireplace. We saw a doe and 2 fawns from the deck which has comfortable deck furniture and a grill. Great and prompt communication with the host. Easy access to West Yellowstone, Island Park and Henry’s Lake.

We had a fantastic stay - Chris was so quick and responsive to questions and provided terrific suggestions for our vacation. There's also a binder in the house that provides excellent highlights. The kitchen is well equipped (including a pizza oven) & the house provides plenty of space for families/groups to gather. The drive to Yellowstone is easy and passes quickly. It's all highway until you reach West Yellowstone. We found the beds downstairs to be softer than we prefer (accustomed to Tempur-pedic). The taxidermy is a little over the top for me, but I'm still giving the house & our visit 5-stars.

Our family met at Imperial Elk Lodge for Thanksgiving. With ages from 2 months to 80+. The lodge was perfect. Communications with Chris we're great. Even provided a little snow for the kids to go sledding.

#### EXECEPTIONAL Yellowstone Family Adventure 

We would book this exceptional home again in a second! There were seven grown adults and everyone had their own space lots of bathrooms, wonderful hot tub and porch with a propane fireplace that we crowded around every night! The kitchen didn’t lack for anything and we prepared meals every day. Very comfortable beds and pillows, fluffy towels, the washer and dryer were an added benefit. Chris, the owner communicated wonderfully! It took us 12 minutes every day to get to the West Yellowstone gate and the grocery store in town had everything we needed! The prices are much better in West Yellowstone than the island Park FYI. Do yourself a favor and Book this amazing Home! -The Thompson Family

#### "Unforgettable Family Adventure in the Perfect Location

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home! Our family of 5 truly enjoyed the space and location. We spent 4 days in Jackson at the rustic lodge prior to our arrival where we explored the town, Grand Tetons and went horse back riding. This home the perfect spot to explore Yellowstone and surrounding area. Our favorite day here was on our ATV tour with the home owner Chris. He took us to the very top of the mountain where we enjoyed majestic views. What a special vacation filled with wonderful memories. Thank you!!

#### Amazing VRBO in Island Park

This is as nice a VRBO as you can ever hope for! The house was magnificent, with high end cabinetry, counters etc. It was a kitchen you would like to have in your own house. Huge family room great family spaces throughout, incredible porch and deck area. I could go on, but you get the idea. It was a great location for us as we were exploring West Yellowstone. Chris was a pleasure to deal with; easy to communicate with and he gave us very helpful suggestions. I only with we had scheduled to stay longer!

We stayed 2 nights for my husband’s birthday. It was the perfect location between Island Park and West Yellowstone. Very easy to find. Clean, with plenty of amenities. Hot tub is a great addition. Nice to relax in after playing in the snow all day.

#### Island Park Oasis

From the moment we walked in the door we were certain this home was going to be an amazing place to return each evening. From long drives through the park, to horseback riding in a storm (wife and kids loved it!), to the return of our many adventures, this home was a welcome oasis. #### Exceptional Yellowstone Lodging

We had 5 adults and 2 children that stayed for a week. We travel quite a bit as a family and have rented VRBO's, we found this one to be the best we have every rented. The personal touches were great. The setting was beautiful. There were spices, condiments and paper products for us to start with. The towels weren't ordinary cleaning service towels. Our whole family agreed it was by far the best we had ever rented.
